"I went to sizzler for my birthday and the new remodeling was a disappointment the food bar is so short you have to reach oytyover the hot food just to get a small soup bowl and the salad bar is so small there was a lot of traffic you can't get around at all and now that we have to fill our own drinks it's a small space there was a long lines just to fill up our drink the baked potatoes are super dry now mine was half cooked and my moms and dads were literally liked mashed potatoes and they're so stingy on the chives. Also I was getting spaghetti and the spoon had holes in it I was so confused you couldn't even get sauce and the hot food was really dry there was no variety at all I was reall hoping to have a new sizzler but the only remodeling done was the seating area and that's about it"

Let me begin by saying that the service was fantastic. I had a very friendly and professional waitress. However, the food was nothing more than average, akin to cafeteria meals. There was nothing particularly special about this place that stood out.

This is the one in Visalia. I went to Visalia to visit an old friend and spend Thanksgiving with her. In trying to find a restaurant open, we came across Sizzler. It was wonderful! They had a Thanksgiving style meal with turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, green beans, Sweet potatoes, cranberry, toast, and pumpkin pie for dessert. Love Sizzler, I came by, but it's still closed for remodel. I usually come in at lunchtime when Im in town. My favorite is the salad bar. It's always fresh and has lots to choose from. I guess if I had a complaint, I could complain that at one time, they used to serve corn chowder on certain days. Also missing is the chocolate mousse. But otherwise, it's a great salad bar as not many places will let you build your own salad the way you like it and as big as you want! Can't wait until it reopens, miss it!
