Autist children are picky food, my son is not eating, and the lady who received us at the entrance wanted to recharge us for my son. She was truly disrespectful in the way she entrusts us that she gave no food to my autistic child because we don't pay for him, she said: If he stays, he can't eat your food. I asked if we had to pay to have our children at the table and she said no. Then I said, what's the problem? And she repeated that if children didn't pay, they couldn't eat. That's a ridiculous statement! Of course, we would not pay more food for less, what kind of teaching would I give to my children?! She also asked my wife what she wanted, and because my wife told her the drink she wanted before she told her the plate, she rolled her eyes and ventilated in front of us and said: food first! I don't see how it's different than trying to upset their customers. After our food came, she went to our table to see if my child would also eat from our food, and of course he was not. She went to other employees and my wife heard them say we didn't want to pay for food for the children and wanted them to have food, that was really disrespectful. I asked the server for the manager and to my surprise she said she was one of the managers. I told her what happened. Another manager came to talk to us and apologize for the old lady. I liked Sizzler's service, but this old lady was really disrespectful. I couldn't eat my food and had a really bad experience. We went there to have a good time and it turned out that the worst experience of the day. The other manager told me that he would take this to his superiors, I really hope that this bad experience reaches the stakeholders for this unit and they move the angry old lady out of the reception, it was a really bad experience, and I don't want to meet this lady again. After leaving Sizzler, I realized that she charged me for a salad bar when I didn't ask for a salad bar, but I decided not to go back to ask for a refund for the salad bar and to talk to this lady again. But just want to say that nice servers should not be managed by a really bad leader and terrible hosts like this old lady manager. If she's there, I'd rather go to other restaurants in the district, it's not worth having another bad experience."
