"Although I couldn't taste the whole menu, though i would have loved to, i sampled the ribs and chicken. how good! The ribs were tender, tasty, moist, delicious. The chicken and wings were equally as good. I am generally a sauce guy. I was offered Smoke's proprietary sauce but to my surprise i never tasted it. The smoking, seasoning and overall flavor was so good that there was no need to sample it! Can't wait to return next week once the full menu is available. Looks like a winner to me!"

Nothing short of amazing. As a frequent customer I'm pleased to say that everything on the menu is delicious and I have never been disappointed. Some of the best ribs, pulled pork, brisket and sausage in the area. Hats off to the chef!

Not only is this the best BBQ grill in the area (I’d even say in the entire Northeast), but the owners are some of the friendliest and most genuine people I've ever encountered. Every item on the menu is prepared to perfection. My personal favorites include the brisket, beans, pulled pork, mac and cheese, and corn pudding. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates great BBQ!
