"Although I couldn't taste the whole menu, though i would have loved to, i sampled the ribs and chicken. how good! The ribs were tender, tasty, moist, delicious. The chicken and wings were equally as good. I am generally a sauce guy. I was offered Smoke's proprietary sauce but to my surprise i never tasted it. The smoking, seasoning and overall flavor was so good that there was no need to sample it! Can't wait to return next week once the full menu is available. Looks like a winner to me!"
