I rushed to SK today, Friday, March 24, 2022, at 8:40 PM only to find it closed at 8:00 PM, according to a sign on the door. The website stated that it closed at 9:00 PM, which is why I came. This is very poor business practice.

Always stop at this location when I’m traveling for work. It’s right off the highway and a great meal replacement. Never had an issue at this location and they’re pretty consistent. Took off a star for their lack of customer service. Might need to polish that up bit to create a more upbeat atmosphere.

I came in to place my order on 12/11 at 11:27am. I’m a black woman.There was an African American lady and I white lady working- they were the only ones working. The African American took orders. Three white men order after I did- the white lady gave them their food first… I waited and waited…I heard that this town was prejudice-today at Smoothie King, it proved to be true. View menu

I visited Smoothie King on Beards Hill in Aberdeen and arrived at 8:50 PM, but the doors were locked despite the store being scheduled to close at 9 PM. The staff informed me that they were already closed. When I inquired about contacting a manager, they informed me they had no managers or supervisors available and then abruptly hung up on me. As a regular customer, I would like to know how to reach corporate headquarters.

The same thing happened two weeks ago at the same location with the same employee. I went in to order with someone else, and she said she was by herself and overwhelmed with online orders. She informed us it would take 10-15 minutes. The way she handled the situation was far from ideal, essentially turning customers away. From now on, I’ll be going to the Brierhill location whenever I want a smoothie before work. Still no smoothie and still no $8 refund…

My visit today was just okay. I ordered three different kinds of smoothies, but unfortunately, the lady who prepared my order made a mistake. The 32 oz smoothie was not full; it was only about three-quarters filled. The smoothies had the same ingredients, except one included an energy booster. One smoothie was very green, while the other was quite pale. The staff didn't seem very friendly; the woman who took my order rushed through it, and the one who made the smoothies was also unfriendly and didn't get my order right. I didn't have time to argue about fixing my order because I had to leave promptly for another appointment. As a result, I am giving it a 3-star rating. View menu
