"Their Keto options AREN 'T keto, they 're just glorified protein shakes. You 're spiking your insulin like every other smoothie on the menu. Their website says it has high fat, but I highly doubt it 's anywhere near the amount of fat it says on the website, and if it is, it 's processed sunflower oil. To those who don 't know you need high amounts of fat to counteract the insulin impact you get from that much protein. The whole point of the ketogenic diet is to prevent insulin from spiking and using high fat to switch over to Ketosis. If you 're going to charge 8 bucks for a smoothie at least get it right. P.S I suspect they use Maltodextrin in the keto protein blend."

"I had to wait about five minutes to place my order at the drive-thru, which is understandable on a Saturday. However, when I finally reached the speaker and attempted to place my order in a normal voice, the employee informed me that she couldn't hear me. I repeated my order slightly louder, but she still struggled to understand me. After trying again, I raised my voice even more, only for her to cut me off and instruct me to pull up. Unfortunately, she never came to the window. Instead, she took two orders from people inside and possibly another from someone else, as well as the order from the person in line behind me. I ended up waiting at the window for 15 minutes without anyone coming to take my order. The employee who assisted me was named Brittany S. She had long yellow nails and faux locks, and her demeanor was rather rude."

"it was stopped trying it and was amazed at the level of cleanliness, service and quality of the product. through the drive through and was not sure what I really wanted to try because the menu is huge. the cry that helped me to tell me that we could make one away with the air to see what the best tasted and that we would find out which smooth would be perfect for me. she was so friendly and patient! I asked about the franchise and she was the owner and told me a little about her story. would recommend everyone and everyone for a healthy, refreshing or even meal. will be back soon!"

"I was a consistent customer and has been drinking smoothie-king for a long time. But the experience I had today was terrible and humiliating. At this point (1501A Cornerside Blvd, Vienna, VA 22182), today at 19:30, the girl who took the order was initially so ignorant. I asked her to make a smoothie with light ice, as it was for my mother, who gets slightly cold, which was totally ignored and gave me a normal ice smooth. When I came back to complain about it, she was so arrogant and told me she was? ll make me a smoothie without ice then and gave me a 20 oz cup filled almost to a quarter. I've never had anyone who spoke to me in such an unrespectful way, when it wasn't even my fault, and to a place I loved so far. I really want to see what management is doing, and if this problem can be escalated on the store manager."

"Usually, I would give 4 or 5 stars, but not tonight. I understand the desire to clean up and go home; I work in retail, so I get it. By the end of a shift, you often don’t want to be bothered. We arrived at the drive-thru nearly 20 minutes before 9. The drive-thru lights were on, but one of the two girls working could have at least informed us that they were closing early instead of just coming to the window and laughing. If you say you’re open until 9, you should at least remain open until 10 minutes before that or turn off the drive-thru lights."

"My visit today was just okay. I ordered three different kinds of smoothies, but unfortunately, the lady who prepared my order made a mistake. The 32 oz smoothie was not full; it was only about three-quarters filled. The smoothies had the same ingredients, except one included an energy booster. One smoothie was very green, while the other was quite pale. The staff didn't seem very friendly; the woman who took my order rushed through it, and the one who made the smoothies was also unfriendly and didn't get my order right. I didn't have time to argue about fixing my order because I had to leave promptly for another appointment. As a result, I am giving it a 3-star rating."

"I really dislike going to this location for a smoothie. The staff is unhelpful and seems to struggle with even the simplest requests. If I could, I would give a negative rating. I will always prefer the TUNNEL location, especially Braydon—he makes everything just right."
