I visited the Smoothie King in Falls Grove, Shady Grove, MD for the first time, and I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, especially from the Spanish ladies from Peru. One of them really took the time to understand what smoothies my whole family and I needed, particularly concerning my father's diabetes. Their Keto options AREN 'T keto, they 're just glorified protein shakes. You 're spiking your insulin like every other smoothie on the menu. Their website says it has high fat, but I highly doubt it 's anywhere near the amount of fat it says on the website, and if it is, it 's processed sunflower oil.
