I appreciate the various combinations offered, and I can definitely sense the emphasis on healthy choices throughout the menu.

I ordered only one thing, and they got it wrong. By the time I got my drink, it was melted, like it had been sitting there a while.

Frustrating when I ordered online, have a pick up time, yet order isn’t even started until I walked in? Then offering to make it “ super fast” and yet not having ingredients prepped….it’s strawberry’s…seriously???? Should’ve gone to fry rd location. View menu

This smoothie king is the only one I ever go to and today was my first time going in to order and out of all 3 of the employees standing in there not one acknowledged me and I was left standing at the register for a good amount of time, when the guy finally came to me he just looked at me and said what do you? Just rude customer service!

I've visited this restaurant three times, and each experience has been disappointing. The staff at the drive-thru has a really negative attitude. I have a good understanding of my supplements and proteins, but whenever I ask questions about the grams of protein, fiber, and similar details, they seem completely unaware and don’t make an effort to help me. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

This was my 1st time seeing this guy in the drive-thru white guy with red hair on mason I can remember the side street but katy and it has a Mexican restaurant behind this location. He cut the banana in half and just put it in my on swizzle bowl and it just was threw together . I go out my way to come to this location because i dont think no one can fix a bowl like them. Worst place I’ve been employes are rude , they didn’t even greet us, one employee looked at my family and just laughed at us didn’t even speak. We ordered and they both didn’t even want to make it until one of them the short chubby one did and didn’t even say have a good day just stared at me. Just rude and unprofessional don’t hire employees that don’t even want to work they sat in the back just talking. Never going to this place again.

I ordered a strawberry gladiator shake through DoorDash, but ended up with something completely different. I double-checked my order to confirm that I had indeed ordered the strawberry shake. The delivery person who handed me my drink seemed to be having a rough day, and while I understand that food service can be challenging—I’ve worked in it for years—I was polite to him. Despite my disappointment, I decided not to go back and ask him to remake the drink. I'd recommend steering clear of this location, as they clearly lack quality control if they can't even get a simple strawberry protein shake right.

I paid with apple pay and handed the cashier my phone thinking nothing of it. I said I didnt want my receipt but got a notification from my bank showing me the amount charged and I noticed it was different than the total he gave me. When I asked about it they handed me the receipt which said I tipped. I said I didnt tip and i didnt even have access to the tap machine for my card for an option to tip as I had handed it over. I asked for a refund on the tip and they said they could only give me cash. When I asked for the manager it was the guy who I had handed my phone to who when asked, said he didn’t add a tip when he did the transaction. How else does a tip end up on there? We all know how...
