"The service at this restaurant was extremely slow, taking 10 minutes just to place an order and resulting in a mix-up with the food. Despite never receiving our order, it took 20 minutes to get a refund, which we were told would be returned to us in cash but instead was credited back onto our card without our consent. The manager, Yanna, was unhelpful and refused to assist in resolving the issue, not even willing to leave the building to address the problem. When asked who the manager was, no one could provide an answer, suggesting a lack of organization. I would recommend avoiding this place unless there are no other dining options available. Even a sandwich near its expiration date from the back of a gas station cooler would be a better choice."

I'll give it a 2 star only because they tried fixing my cheese tots twice. The first one came out cold and soggy. Second one came out just tots. Third time they came out they was hot but still soggy with very little cheese. I see why they are handing out join our team papers. This sonic sucks. View menu

I drove up and parked..I pressed the button and waited. There was only three cars in the parking lot. I got no response IThought my call box was broken and I moved to the drive through and waited. Still nothing. I pulled up to the drive up window the employee never acknowledged me . I drove away and haven’t stopped scene.

We spent 30 dollars today at sonic and we ordered the crispy chicken sandwhich and the sonic cheeseburger. The chicken sandwhich wasn’t bad but it was falling apart. We waited till we got home to eat the cheeseburger and it looked like it was made 2 hours ago the cheese was stuck to the back of the bun and was dried out. Very disappointed.

I just went to in New Roads LA, between 3:15 3:30 PM , Friday afternoon. I ordered a hamburger and fries, no speciL instructions. Got homestart to eat and discover this. Burger has no mayonaise nor any other condomints! If these employees were trained before being allowed to work in the kitchen, they need to be retrained or fired! VERY dissatisfied customer! it has tried to order three Wacky packs and a few other things. they asked about the crisp packings four different paintings during the order. still came only one Wacky pack and wanted to recharge for the additional two because they still don't understand a simple order. three chicken stripes wacky packs, all with fries and rootbeers. it was said four times. How hard is it to know the difference between one and three? it is so that every time, I guess it's time to stop, to sound.

We ordered a large chili cheese tots but received cheese tots without any chili. I thought to myself that they had made a mistake, so I informed them about the issue. Sonic had the audacity to bring me a cup with only about two teaspoons of chili for a large order. I refused to accept this and told them that I was not going to put cold chili on my tots that they had mistakenly left out. I informed them that their solution was unacceptable and insisted that they make me a new order.
