I had the opportunity to try their special, the Saturday Ribeye, and it was exceptional—truly the best in the Northwoods. The service was impeccable, and the view of the water was stunning.

Funny visit to the Springstead Lake Lodge thanks to Gail for the real Northwoods hospitality. Excellent craft cocktails, Lodge Old Fashioned and Marmalade Whiskey Sour. You have to try the house made, made at home chips ingenious. I had the Lodge Burger Speck and 2 cheeses with hand-ground frits. She had the Chicken Gone Wild with Kentucky Bourbon sauce and home made chips. Visit the Springstead Lake Lodge for the intoxicating views, stay for food and friendly hospitality.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, which did not meet our expectations. The place was quite crowded around 5 PM and appeared to be understaffed, which is understandable these days. Unfortunately, our drink order was forgotten. The most disappointing part was that all of us had ordered the whitefish, which had been excellent in previous years. What we received was small, likely frozen, and had an unpleasant taste. Furthermore, we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the salad bar before our main courses unexpectedly arrived. It will be a long time before we consider returning.

I had a wonderful experience at Springstead Lake Lodge! A huge thank you to Gail for her welcoming Northwoods hospitality. The craft cocktails were excellent, particularly the Lodge Old Fashioned and the Marmalade Whiskey Sour. You definitely shouldn't miss the house-made chips—they're amazing! I ordered the Lodge Burger, which was topped with bacon and two types of cheese, and had it alongside hand-cut French fries. My dining companion opted for the Chicken Gone Wild, which came with Kentucky Bourbon sauce and the homemade chips. The breathtaking views alone are worth the trip, but the delicious food and friendly service will definitely bring you back for more! View menu
