Starbucks - Menu

This place was really disappointing. If I could, I would give them zero stars. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, they refused to accept cash at the drive-thru window. I won’t be returning. Their service is slow, and their attitude towards cash payments is unacceptable.

I absolutely hate this Starbucks! Every other time I go there they are closed even though the website says they are open. If you are going to close early or change your hours, update your website. It?s ridiculous! I have no idea how this place is stillopen. First excuse was Covid, then short staffed, it?s always something. Get it together or close permanently!

Imagine complaining that they’re only offering drive-thru and pick-up orders when, as mentioned, they’re always extremely busy. This location is well-known for being understaffed, so it’s no surprise that employees often choose to leave. If you’re so upset about getting your coffee, try the Starbucks inside Kroger or one of the two locations in Chillicothe. Better yet, brew your own coffee at home. There's no sugar coating it. There is always a long wait at this location. They can't seem to keep people on staff and so they are constantly training new people. Unfortunately this has been the case for over a year now. If you come here, you will bewaiting at least 20 minutes. Even if you order online. PRO TIP: If you go inside you will wait longer. The drive thru timesare part of their metrics and so they are pushed to keep the traffic moving. It's counter intuitive but if you go inside youwill wait about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, if you want Starbucks, there is no other option for 25 miles in any direction.
