"This store consistently fails to impress. Before I elaborate, I want to highlight that the staff is very friendly. The real issue lies with the store management, which is quite poor. There are frequent instances where the doors are locked, forcing customers to endure an exceedingly long drive-through line that stretches all the way down the parking lot and onto Lancaster Ave. This situation is particularly frustrating for those who place mobile orders and arrive only to discover that they can't pick them up without waiting in this dreadful line.
The main problem is that drive-through customers receive priority over those who are willing to park and walk in. This creates a hazardous traffic situation, both in the parking lot and on Lancaster Ave. To add to the frustration, you cannot get refunded for a mobile order that you can't retrieve. Refunds are not processed over the phone, and you have to reach out to Starbucks corporate for any resolution. Management, PLEASE address this issue. At the very least, extend some consideration to mobile order customers by allowing them to enter the store to collect their orders. The message you are sending to loyal customers like myself is quite disheartening."
