Cute little local Starbucks. My order is always a black iced coffee with coconut milk and Stevia. Super simple but so good. Staff is always so sweet.

I love these starbucks. You really make the experience a unique one and make yourself feel like a part of a larger family. This has become my way to everyday life!

Great chill environment in a perfect location! The employees are courteous and they seem very happy at doing their job at that location. You can sit there and eat your meal and check out social media on your cell phone. Some of the other stores in the shopping area include T-Mobile, Domino's Pizza and Hollywood Nails. View menu

I was the only person standing in line at the register and waited for 10 minutes as 6 baristas continued running around. Nobody greeted me, told me they would be with me, not one hello, nothing! Everyone had there back turned to the customers. This is not the Starbucks brand I remember working for, this would've been unacceptable when I was working for Starbucks. The whole Friday morning shift all need better customer service training or just a brand new manager. Worse service ever.

I always had great experience at Bryn Mawr?s Starbucks, but this was the dirtiest Starbucks I have been to. Their was cluster all of the floor. The barista made my drink and held the drink from the lid. Her hands were all over on the opening of the lid from which I am supposed to be drinking she did same with previous customer). That?s very unhygienic especially during Covid and other infectious diseases. I am not coming back and this place needs to take public health and cleanliness seriously and properly train their employees.

I absolutely love this location! The only thing I would want to change is my experience with an employee named Haley. I visited on May 1, 2022, around 1 PM, and I noticed that she was quite rude to her coworkers. It was disappointing to see her rolling her eyes when they asked her questions and displaying a negative attitude. For instance, when a young lady fell, everyone quickly checked to see if she was okay, but Haley simply remarked that she should have worn non-slip shoes.
