As a frequent visitor and former Starbucks barista, I have never received a properly made drink here, especially when it comes to cold foams. When customers ask for foam, they want foam—not sweet cream on top of their drink. Despite being selective about their hires, they struggle to find employees who can actually follow the menu and make drinks properly, which is surprising given the training provided."

Starbucks is usually one of my favorite spots, but I just went through the drive-thru a couple of minutes ago and the girl working was extremely rude. I said thank you twice and got no response. If you're having a bad day, please stay home. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks expecting great service, not the kind you'd find at Dunkin or McDonald's.
