I had an incredible underground dining experience, the best I've had in years. The service was friendly, prompt, and professional, and the food was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The women who run this establishment truly deserve recognition for their outstanding operation.

I'm a regular Subway customer, and I went through the drive-thru this morning. Unfortunately, they didn't prepare my wrap as I requested. I received cold meat and cold cheese, and they didn't include the vegetables I wanted. To top it off, they added the wrong dressing. If you want your order done right, I recommend going inside.

It took 15 minutes to get through the drive-through for a pick-up order! When I asked what took so long, because I'd only seen one sandwich handed to the person in front of me, they told me the lady was griping about the size of the cut of the turkey. This is a tale of finishing on a positive note. When we came in they were working on an online order. The lady who was suppose to help us seemed less than thrilled. No just a minute we will get with you just worked on sandwiches then got to us. Thatsaid once passed off to other employees it was great. They talked with us and got us taken care of. I understand busy, justplease be considerate. We were not in a rush, on vacation. So to everyone that was nice and to woman who commented on mywife's hair, great job! And the food was excellent!

We were served by two girls during our visit. The first girl was nice, kind, and professional. However, the second girl, who had shells on the ends of her braids, made an inappropriate comment as my brother, my husband, and I walked into Choo Choo. She directed her remark to an older lady who also worked there but was waiting for her ride, implying something derogatory about my company with two men. Given the context of our visit—being new to Texas and not knowing this girl at all—it was a hurtful and immature comment that had no basis in any personal interaction.
