It's gross, really needs an overhaul. Seems like it may be family owned and operated tho so I don't see any hope for this restaurant

The food at this restaurant has generally been quite good, but the service has consistently been lacking. It seems that the owner does not prioritize customer service.

Such trash service. If the food wasn’t so good, I probably wouldn’t come back. It’s hard to believe out of the 6000 people living in this town. These are the only people we can employ. Such rude customer service. Do better subway. View menu

Went in and got major attitude from the girl at the counter, because she had to do a little work. Then when I placed my order they didn't have what I wanted. Just once I would like to go in there and not get attitude from the staff. Don't like your job then quit and find something else.

Both employees just stared at me when I walked in. One of them was cleaning the dining area and stopped to go behind the counter but failed to wash her hands before grabbing gloves to make sandwiches. Both employees have miserable attitudes and I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning. I’ll never return to this location unfortunately.

We did a door dash and firstly the 5 subs were not labeled, then each sub was fixed however they wanted to I guess. This is not the first time this has happened. If you dont want to work at this location quit...There are other jobs you can do that don't require following instructions. I apologize for sounding rude, but when you spend hard earned money you expect what you pay for.. View menu

The chips were stale, and after trying two bags, I decided to get a refund. As for the fountain drinks, they barely fill a quarter cup with ice. All the sodas were flat, the tea tasted sour, and the lemonade seemed as though it had been sitting out for a week. Trust me, save your money and head to Walmart to buy a $5 sandwich from the shelf and a bottled drink. You'll not only save money but also end up with a better sandwich and drink.

OMG the getting music was playing so loud it was hard to order. I told them that. They enamored me. We had to eat in the car, because it was so loud. We call the owner that said it was 3rd in the region (ha), no way.So we went next door to buy shoes. When we came back. The black girls, whom identified themselves as managers. Said we should have addressed them. They became highly agitated and wanted to fight to old ladies.Nice going subway. We know alot of people here

The girl that started our order didn't even ask us what type of bread we wanted just assumed to give us whatever she wanted.They need to put some microphones in there so that the staff can hear us when we're trying to place our order so we don't have to yell. Had to repeat it several times what we wanted and they still couldn't hear it.The sandwich tasted okay though. The service is not good when you have to repeat yourself several times. I understand they got those tables to be protective between staff and customers when ordering but when nobody can hear you thats bad service. View menu
