There were 7 people in line and an older lady with glasses was the only one making sandwiches. There were 2 men sitting down at a table and just talking. She needed help. When I was paying, she refused my coupons and I walked out with nothing. I am furious that I stayed in line only for her to not take my SUBWAY coupons and left with nothing. I will never return here. I had a great experience at this restaurant tonight, thanks to the young man who assisted me. I wish I had caught his name! I had quite a large order while trying to keep up with my two kids running around the store. Fortunately, it was empty, but he was incredibly helpful, got everything right, and was exceptionally sweet and polite. I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you, Subway! I’ll definitely be back soon. It's becoming increasingly rare to find such friendly customer service! Rating for food: 5.

The food here is consistently fresh, and the restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness. Even if you encounter a long line during lunch, the service is incredibly efficient, and you'll be through in just a few minutes. If you prefer, you can bypass the line altogether by using the app. The owners are always on-site, ensuring that your sandwich or salad is prepared to your liking; if it's not, they will happily remake it for you. I visited the restaurant recently and found a few people ahead of me, with just two staff members working. One was preparing sandwiches, while the other was ringing up customers. After finishing the checkout, the cashier had a glove on his left hand but none on his right. He handled cash with both hands, then put a glove on his right hand and proceeded to touch the vegetables with his left hand, which had just come into contact with cash. I found this extremely unsanitary and decided to leave. It was truly disgusting! I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

They refused to take my coupons. The little lady that owns that Subway I'm Greenbrier is greedy. My kid does not like ice in her Vitamin Water snd she also had something to say about that. She told me next time I had to put ice in the cup. Really. I will NOT go back to the Greenbrier Subway. She has been rude for as many years as I can remember. Springfield subway is a lot nicer. The Greenbrier Subway is semi clean and some of their workers are really nice. I just cannot believe the greed she has. And FYI she told my 7 year old daughter next time she had to put ice in her cup... that is the main reason I will.never go back to that subway

The owners are never personable or courteous. They act like you are a huge burden to them instead of a paying customer who is helping increase their business' bottom line! The treatment only gets worse if you walk in anywhere near closing time. They treat their young employees just as poorly, constantly browbeating them or micromanaging their every move. The store would probably run great if they actually gave their employees good training and let them do their job! But there not gonna do that because they think it's ok to treat people like this.
