"This Dominoes has been delivering to my address in Meridiana for 5+ years. Because of the new subdivision the address was never updated so I would place the order online using my old address and then call Dominoes to deliver it to the address in the notes...never been a problem and I order at least 3-4 month. I ordered today and called the store spoke and spoke to Frank, the manager, and he didn 't seem to want to help and told me that the order would not be delivered because it 's out of the delivery area. I tried to explain to him that I 've been getting deliveries for years, and he just didn 't seem to care. I asked him if he could see my profile and see all my previous orders and he said yes, but I don 't know why they have been doing that but we are not delivering to that address so you can come to pick up the order if you like. So unprofessional and unwilling to help. I see Dominoes delivery car in the subdivision just yesterday. I canceled my order and just went for Pizza hut."

"My family (9 of us) ate here last night. Great atmosphere! Customer service was top notch! Food was hot and taste so good! The pictures of the food online does the food no justice. You just have to go see for yourself. I had the shrimp basket with fries and peach cobbler. Zero complaints all was good. Kid-friendliness: The young lady that took our order offered to let my son (7 years old) watch whatever he wanted. I thought that was very kind of her. He asked for SpongeBob haha, but we ended up watching Astros game instead. Which was alright with me. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20"

"I like going to church's but this one was VERY BAD starting with taking my order through drive through It took him about 5 to 6 minutes to even take our he was very slow I ordered the 12 PC family meal and a 12 Chicken tender meal and a Lg. side of fried Okra and we drove about 2 blocks and my daughter said check and make sure everything was in there I told her go back he forgot my LG Okra so we returned and I told the same guy who took my order. excuse me you forgot my Okra he gave me a smaller size I told him that I ordered the lager one he insisted that was the lager one and i order Mac&Cheese i got one full and another one half full i told him NO it's not because I have ordered it at the other Church's and I get the right size the one on a plater plate and I all ways get my order and he didn't give me my Lg Okar nor my money back so I won't be going there anymore And HE really need to work on his Hygienes he's very DRITY. I'm sending a photo of my receipt and my mac&Cheese one is full all the way and the other is half way. "I don 't have much and I hadn 't had the pleasure of being fiscally able to eat in the past 2 days. When I went in, as always, I said hi to the staff. They seemed friendly enough. This is the 3rd time I visited. Despite not being helped as the only customer for a lengthy amount of time, I was still pleasant when MOLLY the manager came to my aide. I asked for bbq wings and a sandwich with no mayo and no lettuce/ tomato. I could not care less about the last bit. I can pick it off. I was given wings with Buffalo seasoning... which happens to have an ingredient I am so allergic to I could have had to go to the ER had I not noticed before I took a single bite. I called the shop saying that I was sorry and my order was incorrect. (If it were any other flavor I would have just eaten it). I asked if my last order for wings only could be refunded as I was on my way to work and didn 't have the time to turn around. The staff member I spoke to was kind but said she was unable to help. At that time the manager MOLLY came back in the store (she seems to go in and out often leaving her only colegue alone) and the phone was passed to her. I told her the problem. Rather than say something like oh sorry, bring them by later and we will give you a refund/ exchange ...MOLLY chose to YELL at me right out the gate in a beyond abrasive tone. She talked to me as if i had run over her mother. She repeatedly yelled that it was my fault and she would not even consider helping (she said that in a much more inappropriate way that I do not feel comfortable repeating). I am a social worker who works for a company that thinks it is OK to pay what they want and when..... this was all I could afford for food for the next 3 days. This was all I had (sad as that may be, it it the reality). I am so upset and crushed. MOLLY is only a manager and she appears to be in her late teens... she had NOTHING to gain from acting as heartless as she did (and likely does to most undeserving people) as it seems to be who she is.
