"When we arrived, every table, except one for 8, was dirty. There are really no good options for sides if you are watching your carbs. No green beans, corn is seasonal. The salad, which I got the pit chicken on top, was terrible. Iceberg lettuce with stale croutons, and stingy portions of everything else. They provided a half filled cup of ranch dressing, which was totally necessary to salvage this salad. They wanted to charge for an additional cup. Basically, I was left with a pile of dry iceberg lettuce. The chicken was okay; just know that this place is not an option if you are diabetic or watching your carbs."

"We ordered two cheeseburgers, a milkshake, a sundae cup, and a children's cup for our dog. The burgers were amazing! They were cooked perfectly, not burnt or greasy at all. The sundae was perfect, I loved being able to customize it. The milkshake allowed us to choose two different flavors. The only issue was that the staff could be friendlier. When you thank someone, you expect some acknowledgment, not for them to just walk away as if you hadn't spoken. Other than that, our overall experience was great! We will definitely be back."

"This place came highly recommended during a business trip to Anniston, so my coworker and I went there for lunch. I must assume that my experience was an anomaly because it seems that all of the other reviews are very positive. I ordered the buffalo shrimp. What was brought to me was a basket of those tiny machine-breaded frozen-and-bagged shrimp with buffalo sauce haphazardly poured over them, many of them not having any sauce at all. The basket came with a side of plain tortilla chips. Really, all that I could taste was cheap breading and a buffalo sauce that, if used on quality chicken or shrimp, would have been very good. "Gave this place more than several times, when I first moved here, it was Disgusting a d the prices.... Then there was a change of hands again, it got really good for about a yr, with may Be 1 or 2 awfully served food.. Then went to okay sorta, but tried2 more times here recently and food was old, just horrific, burnt appetizers, arguing in back. It was so disappointing. Then about a month ago tried again, and I'm officially done. I worked for a great Asian descendent Proud Man Mr Simon, was the best , most honest, hard work ing humble, but stern manHim n his sweetest wife, we're the Best of People I've ever had the opportunity to work with.Learned many things, was FAMILY. I m8ss them so.... ever around Albany, Leesburg, GA area.... The best of the best, and humble, kind, generous, caring HUMANS I've ever had the privilege of work8ng side by side with the Great Mr Simon Back around 2001- 2003"

"Went to the drive thru and ordered and was ask to pull to one of the app spots along with 5 other people. We sat there for 10 minutes and they brought out everyone's order and we assumed we would be next. We sat there noticing they were delivery orders to the people in line and still did not bring us ours. Mind you we had already been waiting 15 minutes. My husband went in to get our food and walked up to the counter and spoke to the manager Sandra. She what did you have and my husband at this point was understandably upset and said i would hope you know as we have been sitting in our car for 15 minutes waiting on our food, she turned around that yelled i need a egg mcmuffin and slammed the food into the bag and tossed it to my husband and turned back around. She did not say sorry for the wait or thank you or kiss my butt. She was very ugly to other staff and very unprofessional. We have eaten there many times and everyone has always been very nice but not Sandra. She should not be in a position of authority as she is rude, nasty, and horrible to be around. I expect more from Mcdonalds as this is a place kids love to come. The Ronald Mcdonald house helps many people and Thank the Lord they are not like Sandra or there would be no money donated. Do with what you want with this information. I am sure not everyone has to come in contact with Sandra."
