"The last two times that I have been to the Lucerne location the service has been really slow. Today when I went in there it didn't appear that the counter was ready. There was hardly any vegetables ready and the young lady working was very slow. The store itself needed attention. I go to this location frequently so I am very disappointed."

Subway is fine, but could improve in many ways. employees should be trained better. and sometimes the chicken teriyaki has small pieces of maybe cartilage in it, like hard chunks that you cannot chew.
