"I was in San Marcos for a conference and was having a hard time finding vegan/vegetarian restaurants. I stumbled upon Health San Marcos on Happy Cow and decided to give it a try. I was impressed that they offered vegan options and made sure to confirm with the waitress that there were no fish sauces in the curry. While I have had better Thai food in the past, the dishes here were decent. I guess I can't complain too much when options are limited."

Anything can and will be made Vegan if you ask. Very nice authentic Thai folk. Owner is chef . This was quiet a find for me. I work down the street and had no idea this little gem was here. I highly recommend as a Vegan myself. The Green Hair Doc. View menu

I frequent this restaurant often and absolutely adore the drunken noodles. I always pair them with the spring rolls that come with the house peanut sauce. The amount of peanut sauce they provide is just right, but it's so delicious that I always request more. That is the main reason why I have a fondness for this place!

I found a jewel! This place is probably best suited for take-out, but was still clean and welcoming, with outside seat. Her Panang Curry was absolutely tasty-so tasteful, and the spicy level was PERFECT. Level 6 had enough warmth to sweat and sniff me without harassing the taste of the meal. The staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely return when I'm in the area. Very recommended.
