I absolutely adore Pad Thai Wu Sen and Thom Ka Spring Rolls at this place. It is my favorite Thai restaurant of all time. The food is exceptional, I would rate it a 5 out of 5.

I am new to the area and found this place on happy cow. They had wonderful curry that is vegan. And they said they can make anything on the menu vegan after the new year. The food was fantastic and the service was awesome.

Anything can and will be made Vegan if you ask. Very nice authentic Thai folk. Owner is chef ‍. This was quiet a find for me. I work down the street and had no idea this little gem was here. I highly recommend as a Vegan myself. The Green Hair Doc.

I frequent this restaurant often and absolutely adore the drunken noodles. I always pair them with the spring rolls that come with the house peanut sauce. The amount of peanut sauce they provide is just right, but it's so delicious that I always request more. That is the main reason why I have a fondness for this place!

I will not be coming back to this Thai restaurant. The quality has declined and the prices keep going up, but it was still tolerable until now. The food was flavorless, but the real disappointment came when they served frozen boxed chicken nuggets as orange chicken. The food at Sue Thai Om is delicious! They offer a great lunch special from 11AM-3PM which includes a bowl of soup, an egg roll, and your choice of entree for only $7.95 or $8.95 depending on the type of meat or if you prefer a vegetarian option. Additionally, students of any age can receive a free Thai Tea with their order when dining in, just remember to bring your school ID.

I was in San Marcos for a conference and was having a hard time finding vegan/vegetarian restaurants. I stumbled upon Health San Marcos on Happy Cow and decided to give it a try. I was impressed that they offered vegan options and made sure to confirm with the waitress that there were no fish sauces in the curry. While I have had better Thai food in the past, the dishes here were decent. I guess I can't complain too much when options are limited.

A real hidden gem. This is the best Thai food anyone can find anywhere. The Green curry is out of this world, the Pad Thai knocked it out of the ball park. I’ve been looking for a good authentic Thai place that brings the originality of Thai food without the sweetness for the American palate.
