"The rudest guy ever !!! The main one idk if he 's the manager . Lol but I simply asked the girl light ice that was making my drink before she sealed my cup I called her 5x didn 't want to keep calling until she got to me with her time it was okay with me . Well unfortunately after she sealed it she told me the drink was already made I said can I please have light ice . The guy yells with an aggressive attitude with my son next to me what do you want !? It 's berly ice there !??? I didn 't say nothing and he comes up to me again ! And raise his voice again telling me bring me the cup in my face saying look berly ice and shaking my darn drink , and I just automatically says can I just please have a refund.. He gives it to me all sloppy and not correct change I just left I was not going to argue with a grown ass man especially infront of people !.. Never again poor attitude. I know he 's the owner ."

"I immediately called the restaurant to explain the situation, and the staff member on shift assured me it would be no problem to correct the order. I provided my husband's name and told her I would give her the order number, but she said she could see it and would handle it. When my husband picked up the order, he confirmed that they had agreed to make the corrections, but when we got home, we discovered that nothing had changed. I called back to address the issue, and the staff member sincerely apologized and promised a refund for the incorrect bowl. However, a minute later, Jasmine called me back with an attitude, claiming she couldn't issue the refund because the order was under my name and not my husband's. I tried to explain that I had offered to provide the order number and mentioned that the website issue had caused the confusion, and that someone had already offered me a full refund. Instead, she only offered a 10% discount on the order. I inquired about when I could speak to the main manager or owner, but Jasmine told me they come in at their convenience and that she would make sure they would address the refund when they had a chance to speak with me. This entire situation could have been handled much more professionally, and I am left wondering when the manager or owner will reach out to resolve the mistake that Jasmine created over a mere $11."

"Made reservations for 730 Arrived on time They told us would be another 30 min I walked the restaurant counted 31 empty tables Went back and told the front desk that there are 31 empty tables that can set 4 or more Suddenly she said the table was ready As for service Ordered food and drinks and every time we needed a refill we had to find someone then ask Never does anyone come up and say here let me get you a refill— Skip the ribs Full of cartilage that you can’t chew Or swallow They said cole slaw comes with the meal Yes a one ounce cup alongside your ribs ONE forkful!!! Ridiculous"

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"

"This Italian restaurant is the best within a 40-mile radius! I have been a loyal customer since they first opened, and it has become a go-to spot for both my brother and me whenever we are in town. The food and service here are excellent. The kitchen takes great care in preparing each dish fresh to order, including the delectable garlic bread they serve. The garlic bread is one of the best I have ever had - soft, crispy, and perfectly baked. My go-to dish is the pappardelle vodka without prosciutto, as I am a vegetarian, and they are always happy to add mushrooms for me. The vodka sauce is one of the best I have ever tasted, and the pappardelle pasta is cooked to perfection. Just thinking about this place makes my mouth water. It is definitely a restaurant worth trying! The only downside is that, due to COVID, they are now only open in the evenings, which makes it difficult for us to visit in the afternoons when the kids are in school."
