Hands down my favorite dish here Is the shroomami warm bowls. Veggie friendly. I've gone to SF location and San mateo both had great staff

Newly opened in San Mateo. Loved that you can fully customize your food and have warm options. I had the Miso Bowl with crushed cale, organic wild rice, misglazed vegetables, basil, crushed cabbage, roasted almonds, miso Sesam ginger dressing. Substituted chicken for roasted sesame tofu. It was absolutely delicious and was big enough that I had half for lunch the next day! View menu

Used to be good with healthy portions of proteins and toppings but completely changed now. I realize there's inflation going on but come on, you can skimp a bit less with your portions. These ppl be taking a tea spoon of onion and pouring half out to conserve. It's not their fault as it's management probably telling them to skimp out. All while prices increased. Weak sauce

If Sweetgreen messes up your to-go order, there is no one to contact to resolve the issue. You must return to the restaurant and hope that someone will assist you. Sweetgreen does not provide a support phone number or email address for problem resolution. If you are able to reach someone at the corporate level, they will not offer a refund for orders that are missing ingredients or dressing. It's located on the corner it's a little obscure. I walked past it. Upon entering the restaurant is clean and brightly lit. I would suggest taking the time to look at all they have to offer prior to getting in line to order. I felt a little rushed once I was in line and should have followed my advice, the food was getting fresh I wasn't offered or asked if we wanted a beverage with our lunch. Ordered on Doordash! Got my order correct and it came super fast! I got the Harvest Bowl with some modifications. So there 's two type of sweet potatoes here... One that is just called roasted sweet potatoes and hot roasted sweet potatoes $2 add on). They 're so different!!! Get the hot roasted, the sweet potato comes in chunks and it 's roasted to a sweet mushy creamy potato.
