I went in at like 11pm and every staff looked like a busy beaver. I could've sworn I got a double beef burrito for like more than a whole dollar less not that far away. The mist disgusting food ever. Fir the prices we are paying we should get what you pay for. There was literally no neat in any if the three items ordered. All lettuce. The meat isn't even meat anymore , it's a powered mix they make up in a bag. I have been eating taco bell my entire life. At 58 I have been a lifelong customer. Never again. Nice clean store, and, bathrooms. Decent food. One complaint, they try to force customers to use dine in customers to use kiosk rather than place order with human being. What happens when all positiions are taken over by computers? Who will have jibs to be able to afford take out food? On the other hand, our latest visit to Culvers, there were two (2) handicapped workers taking food orders, great experience, Gary J. Parking: Easy access, in front of store.

The food is always fantastic and they almost never get it wrong at this location. Great staff team too. I have no complaints about the food or staff. My complaint is about ice today. Ice yesterday. Ice for the last month or so. I was told WELL OVER a month ago that their ice machine doesn’t work. I stopped ordering drinks because I was so tired of not getting ice in my drink. I ordered a drink today thinking, “it’s been long enough, their machine has GOT to be fixed by now right?” WRONG. Now, I know what you’re thinking; “why doesn’t she just put ice in it at home?” THE WHOLE POINT HERE IS THAT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT. I went here today around 1030 am and was 2nd car in line in drive through behind a minivan with about 6 children in it. I ordered two items and I sat behind the minivan for 25 minutes.. there were eight cars behind me and of course people were getting angry and taking off. I pulled around to the front of the restaurant and went in and waited another 20 minutes while the staff stared at me and no one acknowledged me. I ended up leaving without ever getting my food. When I left the minivan was still in line so it would have been 45 minutes..
