"I would have given this restaurant just one star, but out of respect for the other employees who have been great, I'm giving it three. In my previous visits, I was told that the Cheese Burrito with chicken, which costs around $5, is quite similar to the Quesarito. So, that's what I've been ordering when I stop by. However, today when I asked for it, the woman at the window questioned whether it was just chicken and cheese. I tried to explain what else was in it, but she interrupted me and told me what it contained. I agreed, assuming she knew what she was talking about. When I got to the window, I was polite and just wanted to confirm my order one last time because the price was $2 for that burrito instead of $5. She interrupted me again and assured me it was the correct one. I went with it, but it turned out to be the wrong burrito entirely. I didn't appreciate her rudeness during the exchange."

Used to be good but, if you do a mobile order and did any customization they will never do it right 10/10 times wrong. then if you ask about it they tell you just get a refund through the app. Like I just want my burrito…? Helloo….? they trash. Cornelia the good one now.

We came to eat on a night that the restaurant was severely understaffed. Despite being short staffed, we only had to wait just a short time to get our food, and it was delicious. You could see that every worker was working at 100% to get everything done as efficiently as possible. Kudos to them for pushing through this difficult time! View menu

The service at this Taco Bell is consistently good, but the franchise owner is charging unreasonable prices. For instance, a cheesy bean and rice burrito costs just $1 in Cornelia, while in Clarkesville, it's priced at $2.29—that’s more than double the cost (a 129% increase). I could understand a 50% price hike, but this is excessive, especially for items on the VALUE menu. I'll be heading to the Cornelia location from now on.

We ordered two power bowls as well as other items. The bowls were lacking what was supposed to be on it. Equalled about half what they should have had on it. They were out of some product. Why not tell your customer that rather than take an order for it)Price paid was refunded by someone that apparently had been having a bad day, nothing out of the way said just the attitude. Then ordered a meal deal that came with a drink and another menu item. Drinks were purchased with the power bowls so really the price of one drink should have been refunded as well. The person who took our order was very nice. Food was O.K. but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit Taco Bell again.
