"My absolute favorite dish here has to be the Vampiros. A vampiro is a tostada shell topped with melted cheese and then covered with taco meat, onions, cilantro, and salsa. It combines the delightful flavors of a great street taco with a satisfying crunch. Absolutely delicious! You should also try another Tijuana classic on the menu: the Mulita. It's essentially a street taco transformed into a sandwich, featuring Carne Asada or Al Pastor, melted cheese, onions, cilantro, and salsa, all nestled between two corn tortillas. It’s equally tasty and very filling! Their quesadillas are also quite good, and honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Here are some of my favorite items: - Carne Asada or Al Pastor Vampiro - Carne Asada street taco - Al Pastor street taco - Carne Asada or Al Pastor Mulita Here's how I gauge my ratings using a 5-star system: 1. Not good 2. Not terrible, but wouldn’t order again 3. Solid, but I’d opt for something else first 4. Really liked it! You should give it a try 5. Loved it! A must-try I’ll adjust my ratings after future visits. If you see a .3 or .7, it means: - .3: It wasn’t as good the second or last time I tried it. - .7: It was better the second or last time I tried it."
