"I would give this place zero stars if I could. We arrived around 9:20 PM, thinking they were open until 10 PM as stated on their website. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that we were not welcome. The woman at the front even told the receptionist, "Don't take them." The receptionist then informed us, "You only have 3 minutes to place a to-go order." To top it off, their chicken bun, which contained just two small pieces of fried chicken, cost nearly $10. Seriously? Who wants to spend money on such terrible service?"

I love the salmon sushi here.I find the one at Atherton has more options but it doesn't have ramen which is available at the one at downtown.Food: 4/5

One of the best Japanese restaurants I’ve been to. My go to are the shichimi salmon roll and tori karage. The salmon bowl and the ramens are also delicious.

The food was good however, the atmosphere inside is tad a bit too stuffy. The Tempura Udon was good- especially the texture of the udon was successful. For the takoyaki, it could have bigger chops of octopus in it!Food: 4/5 View menu

This is the best ramen I've ever had in town! I frequently visit this place with my friends, and I even enjoy coming here solo. Whenever I'm back in my home country, I really miss the ramen here. It's incredibly delicious and comforting, perfectly suited to my taste. Food: 5/5.

When our food finally arrived, it looked great at first glance, but then I noticed something off: her thumb was in the bowl when she served it. I truly appreciate the effort that the cooks put into presenting the dishes, but if the waitstaff doesn’t care, all that effort goes to waste.

The second time, I ordered a dish with chicken, but what I received looked nothing like chicken at all. I called over three waitresses to confirm that it was chicken, but they couldn't help me. I ended up not eating the dish, yet they still forced me to pay for it, which was particularly frustrating as a Muslim. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated. View menu

I ordered the eel sashimi, but it was not deboned correctly, and I accidentally swallowed some small, sharp bones before I noticed. The mackerel sashimi had an overpoweringly fishy taste and was inedible. The basic rolls were decent. I would recommend steering clear of the sashimi and sticking to the simpler rolls that are harder to mess up. However, overall, it might be best to avoid this restaurant entirely.

I don't even want to give this place a star! They don't deserve it. My dear friend was excited to try the food at this restaurant, but she has specific dietary restrictions and was served a type of meat that she can't eat. When she inquired if it was actually chicken, the staff were rude to her. Even after informing them about her dietary restrictions, they still charged her for it. What a lack of customer service! I am truly disappointed and will be sharing this experience with my followers on social media.
