"I don't even want to give this place a star! They don't deserve it. My dear friend was excited to try the food at this restaurant, but she has specific dietary restrictions and was served a type of meat that she can't eat. When she inquired if it was actually chicken, the staff were rude to her. Even after informing them about her dietary restrictions, they still charged her for it. What a lack of customer service! I am truly disappointed and will be sharing this experience with my followers on social media."

Cost effective and tasty sushi options! There was plenty of options for all tastes, food came fast, and everything tasted fresh

This is the best ramen I've ever had in town! I frequently visit this place with my friends, and I even enjoy coming here solo. Whenever I'm back in my home country, I really miss the ramen here. It's incredibly delicious and comforting, perfectly suited to my taste. Food: 5/5. Ver carta

When our food finally arrived, it looked great at first glance, but then I noticed something off: her thumb was in the bowl when she served it. I truly appreciate the effort that the cooks put into presenting the dishes, but if the waitstaff doesn’t care, all that effort goes to waste.

Good food but avoid dining in. Each of the times I?ve dined in, someone at my table does not receive their food until after others have completely finished their meals. The staff have also forgotten to give orders and were unaware that the order never got delivered. Wait time is very long on several occasions, we took over an hour to receive 2 orders.

The second time, I ordered a dish with chicken, but what I received looked nothing like chicken at all. I called over three waitresses to confirm that it was chicken, but they couldn't help me. I ended up not eating the dish, yet they still forced me to pay for it, which was particularly frustrating as a Muslim. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated. Ver carta

I ordered the eel sashimi, but it was not deboned correctly, and I accidentally swallowed some small, sharp bones before I noticed. The mackerel sashimi had an overpoweringly fishy taste and was inedible. The basic rolls were decent. I would recommend steering clear of the sashimi and sticking to the simpler rolls that are harder to mess up. However, overall, it might be best to avoid this restaurant entirely.

Bring me food poisoning and rude service. I was here with friends. A friend of the chicken dish was clearly uncooked. He asked for something else. They said rudely that he would have to pay for something new as it was too late (not even asking for it to be covered, and the food had just come out. He just took a bite. I ate my food, but I shouldn't have done it because I had food poisoning. I guess mine wasn't completely cooked either.

"Gigi's substantially changed their menu ahead of Father's Day so that it differed from the online version not only were the options quite different, but the menu was substantially shorter one page, very few options . Furthermore there were no vegetarian options besides salads, only one fish option the shrimp dish had sausage in it , and nearly all dishes had a substantial element of spiciness to them while I love spice, one member of our party is very sensitive and had difficulty figuring out an option . What made our experience particularly difficult was Gigi's refusal to allow minor substitutions i.e. condiments, spice level and refusal to add a protein to a salad that the restaurant had in stock which we would have been more than happy to pay for , which was explicitly an option on the old menu. While I understand why a chef would not want to back up their kitchen for customer substitution requests, this policy should have been relaxed considering the extremely short menu that had been changed at the last minute in fact, the online version of the menu still had not been changed by the time we sat at our table. But the most frustrating portion of our evening was when the manager came over to ask how we were doing. One member of our party brought up politely the last minute menu change and lack of options for diners, to which the manager perplexingly retorted that Gigi's didn't want to allow additions/substitutions because it might create an influx of customers to the establishment ??? , and that proteins were still allowed to be added to dishes for breakfast options but not dinner again, ??? . I should note that my dishes crab soup, salmon were delicious, and the service by our waitress was lovely. However this did not extend to the all of the dishes that my companions ate an over cooked burger, bland grits, etc. , and their negative experience regrettably ruined what should have been a relaxing Father's Day dinner."
