"There’s nothing Taiwanese about this place but the food here is quite good. I’d say they specialize in hand pulled noodle dishes and that’s likely somewhere in northern China. The place smells of cumin and could pass for an Uyghur joint. The staff were not Taiwanese but spoke with a northern China mandarin accent. I had the tomato egg noodle. Flavor was good and noodle were cooked well with a bit of a bounce in the chew, the way I prefer. Though, it lacked tomatoes and eggs. Hardly any bits of either but taste was there so I let it go. I also tried the sausage fried rice which was also tasty. The chicken dish also had an authentic flavor as well as the pig ear appetizer. Prices were very reasonable and the lady behind the counter was courteous and patient. I like this place."

Nice traditional mainland Xi’an food. Their Oil splash noodle is my fav. Price is reasonable. The cleanness can be improved.

This place is definitely not authentic Taiwanese. The menu names were a bit confusing, but the food and staff were pleasant. The Savory Egg Pancake isn't what you'd call a Dan Bing! However, the homemade soy milk is truly spot on. View menu

This place is simply the best thing in the world. Amazing/authentic Taiwanese food. Cheap prices($7 for 3 dishes two scoops of rice unlimited soup AND 1.5$ boba if you get it with your meal!! . Authentic vibe, including some workers that only speak Taiwanese(which I love! . If someone felt uncomfortable here, they probably aren't accustomed to Asian culture where some restaurants have a lot of non-English speakers. I say to them, try new things that make you uncomfortable!

I visited this restaurant once, and it had a wonderfully laid-back atmosphere. The braised chicken is definitely worth the wait. I discovered that this establishment is owned and operated by a group of traditional Chinese people, who are very personable and friendly. However, this approach may not always align with the fast-paced and chaotic nature of an American city. It's not a bad thing, but it's something to keep in mind when placing your order. Don't expect your food to arrive quickly like at typical American-style Chinese chain restaurants. Instead, anticipate a reasonable price, a relaxed wait for your dish, and know that it will be prepared with skill and care. It's truly worth the w...

"A mean chicken sandwich, along with an array of other diverse items, is what you can expect to find here.Their chicken sandwich, though pricier than one at a fast food drive thru, is well worth it. It's a well seasoned breast fried with a well-balanced crispy batter. And, to top it off, it's bigger than cheaper fried chicken sandwiches elsewhere. The classic chicken sandwich is satisfying, but some of their other sauced variations might satisfy people who want more unique flavors on their sandwiches.Everything tastes fresh, and the organic cage free chicken they claim to use can be tasted. It's a juicy clean tasting chicken, and one's stomach can feel it later. Unlike a lot of other fried chicken sandwiches, there's a remarkable lightness about it.The fries they have are fresh and hot, but are also thick crinkle cut fries which may not be in some people's taste. Luckily, the homemade chips they make up for that fact, and they shockingly taste much better than they should. For those hoping for a healthier option, this place offers plenty of wildly delicious choices involving grilled chicken, quinoa salads, wraps, and many others that are no less creative than their fried chicken choices. The stellar atmosphere and friendly service cap it all off.If anything can be complained about, it's that the biscuits here are too soft, and lack the crumbly crispy texture of a regular biscuit one is used to eating. While it's not bad at all, some may not find it to their taste."
