The enchiladas with red sauce were nearly inedible. My husband, who has traveled extensively throughout the South and Mexico, kept commenting that he had never encountered anything like this. The red sauce was overwhelmingly flavored with chili powder. I only tasted it as we were leaving; had I tried it earlier, I would have definitely sent it back. We won’t be returning.
