"I want to start by giving a shoutout to Annabel at Teriyaki Madness—she was amazing! As a vegan, I usually order the two-protein bowl with half regular tofu and half spicy tofu. However, when I checked the menu app, the spicy tofu wasn’t available, so I called the restaurant. Annabel went above and beyond by checking the app on her phone and confirming it was indeed off the menu. She even said she would contact corporate about the issue. She suggested I pick a different protein and promised to keep an eye on my order to make sure everything was adjusted properly. Once my order was confirmed and assigned to a Dasher named Jeffrey, I thought I would message him to explain the situation and ask him to double-check that my order was correct. Unfortunately, he didn’t respond, which can happen sometimes. When he arrived at my doorstep, I asked if he had a chance to verify my order. He seemed a bit taken aback, glanced at his phone, and said, “I just got this message, but checking orders isn’t my job. I just deliver the food.” I pointed out that many Dashers usually adopt a more customer-service-focused approach. As he walked away, he shouted, “I’m the best!” I couldn't help but chuckle; it seemed like either he struggled with conversational skills or had an inflated sense of self-importance. On the bright side, my order was perfect. Annabel certainly deserves a raise! As for Jeffrey, he might want to reconsider his position at DoorDash, as his lack of courtesy limited his effectiveness. The restaurant was less than half a mile away, my total was $25, and I tipped $5. Looking back, I wish I could take that tip back."

The rice, both the fried and white types, was overcooked and mushy. The orange chicken was tasty, but the teriyaki chicken was burned. The chicken potstickers also had a soft, unappealing texture.

Extremely poor quality. Overcooked and made with low-grade ingredients. I ate it, but only as a last resort—like if you were stuck in a meeting or a mall all day and had to settle for sushi from a gas station across the street or a food court. The quality is just that low.

The orange chicken at Teriyaki Madness is fantastic! I went for a large bowl and quickly realized it was massive. Although there was a short wait, my meal was freshly prepared. Next time, I’ll choose a regular size. While it’s not as cheap as Panda, the taste is definitely better. View menu

The service was outstanding during our first visit to a Teriyaki Madness restaurant. Every question we had was met with a smile and a positive attitude. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, the restaurant was very clean, which left a great impression on us!

Honestly, I didn't find it very good. Although the portion sizes are generous, the flavors reminded me of a frozen TV dinner teriyaki. I wouldn't order from here again. The chicken and beef tasted like they came from a bag rather than being fresh. I recommend I Love Teriyaki in Elk Grove instead; their portions may be smaller, but the quality is much better.

The meat portions at this restaurant are highly inconsistent. I used to enjoy dining here because the portions were good for the price, but that has changed. Some visits, I would get a generous serving, while other times, I barely received a small scoop of chicken, regardless of the bowl size. So, what am I paying for? Bland rice? Lately, the portion sizes have been smaller more frequently. I recommend going to Panda Express instead. I won't be coming back. View menu

I was looking forward to trying this new restaurant. The service was good, and I appreciated the convenience of curbside pickup, although parking was limited. The orange chicken was decent but didn't compare to Panda Express. The fried rice was a bit too mushy for my liking. I enjoyed the egg roll, but I wasn't a fan of the crab Rangoon. I might give the teriyaki a try next time. It's always nice to have a Pepsi. I spent around $21 for a junior-sized bowl, an egg roll, three crab Rangoon, and a Pepsi, which I thought was a bit pricey. In my opinion, the quality didn't quite justify the cost, but that's just how I feel.

I visited this restaurant a couple of months ago and spent over $60 on what I thought would be an exceptional meal, given that it's a new establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service was disappointing, and the food was even worse. The noodles were dry and stuck together, just like the rice. The chicken was also dry and burnt. I was extremely disappointed. I reached out to them via email to express my concerns and request a refund, as I believe that with the rising costs of food, such an expensive meal should meet high standards. However, I was given the runaround and never received a refund. I cannot recommend this place at all!
