"The food here is brilliant, so you must be wondering why I've chosen to leave one star. For the price you pay, the portions are ridiculously small. Having looked through reviews over the years, I notice the portion sizes (thanks for the pics, reviewers! have become smaller and smaller each year. I ordered a large Spicy Chicken Bowl with fried rice two weeks ago (the container is huge , and when I put my fork into the rice, it touched the bottom of the container almost immediately! I tried again another day, just in case it was just an off day for them, and it was the same thing. What a disappointment. Each and every response to a review from the restaurant's owner here is generic, and suggests they will improve on the complaints to ensure they retain business. Seems that has not been done because I see similar complaints from over a year ago. I'm broken because the food is really really good, but it just isn't worth the money you pay. Also, it would help for your workers to say hello when customers approach with an order (a smile helps too. Do better, folks. I wish to return, but I know I'll be wasting my hard-earned money. EDIT: You can see that the owner did not read to understand the feedback I provided. You do not need to add more bowl sizes. Put more food in the bowls!!! You are entirely too expensive for the portions you give. I?ve since tried the restaurant again and its still bad."

"I want to start by giving a shoutout to Annabel at Teriyaki Madness—she was amazing! As a vegan, I usually order the two-protein bowl with half regular tofu and half spicy tofu. However, when I checked the menu app, the spicy tofu wasn’t available, so I called the restaurant. Annabel went above and beyond by checking the app on her phone and confirming it was indeed off the menu. She even said she would contact corporate about the issue. She suggested I pick a different protein and promised to keep an eye on my order to make sure everything was adjusted properly. Once my order was confirmed and assigned to a Dasher named Jeffrey, I thought I would message him to explain the situation and ask him to double-check that my order was correct. Unfortunately, he didn’t respond, which can happen sometimes. When he arrived at my doorstep, I asked if he had a chance to verify my order. He seemed a bit taken aback, glanced at his phone, and said, “I just got this message, but checking orders isn’t my job. I just deliver the food.” I pointed out that many Dashers usually adopt a more customer-service-focused approach. As he walked away, he shouted, “I’m the best!” I couldn't help but chuckle; it seemed like either he struggled with conversational skills or had an inflated sense of self-importance. On the bright side, my order was perfect. Annabel certainly deserves a raise! As for Jeffrey, he might want to reconsider his position at DoorDash, as his lack of courtesy limited his effectiveness. The restaurant was less than half a mile away, my total was $25, and I tipped $5. Looking back, I wish I could take that tip back."
