Teriyaki Madness - Menu

I got it delivered, so I don't know anything about the restaurant. The food and flavors of the various sauces were SO good. I will definitely be ordering again in the near future!Food: 5/5

Not impressed, over priced and meh. Lobby had sticky floors and dirty tables everywhere. I'm sure it's all staff can do to keep up with it, but not appealing either. Out of tea, and our cream ragoons never showed up at the table.Food: 3/5

Staff was kind of rude... Food was good tho. Nice portion sizes. Orange chicken is probably the best I've had in a long time. Fried rice... Not a fan... And the side sauce was gross... Look forward to coming back for just the orange chicken tho. ?? View menu

Good foot but never consistent. Been eating here for over 2 years. Always ask for xtra egg and it’s 50/50 if I get. I enjoy the spicy teriyaki bowl w/ fried rice wife gets regular with noodles egg roll is delicious as well.Update 4/21/23nNow I’m being told they don’t do xtra egg. It comes in pre portioned packs!! I thought this stuff was cooked fresh.

My wife's fried rice was overcooked, leaving it gummy, and her chicken was dry and tough. The pot stickers were both hard and soggy, with an unpleasant taste. My noodles were also overcooked, lacking flavor altogether, like someone singing off-key. We spent $40 on our meal, and the only thing we could actually enjoy was the soda. I really don’t understand how this restaurant is still in business.

There isn’t a lot I can say. This was a junior bowl that was $7.99. Glad it came with brown rice option but I had a tiny shred of a carrot and a small kernel of broccoli under this few zucchini slices… that was the veggies that came with this tiny bowl. I don’t know if the portions get bigger with less money the more you order but only came here because I forgot Hawaiian Time wasn’t open on Mondays. View menu

Unfortunately this place was zero stars. The food tasted old and bland, the chix tasted like dirty grill, The prices inside were more expensive than online. When I asked about this the manager/pic rudely shouted from the food line that the prices on line were wrong and the menu board was correct. The floors were dirty and sticky as you walked, just an overall yuck experience. The only good was the cashiers ringing in my order.

We just tried Teriyaki Madness for the first time yesterday, and it was fantastic! We ordered the chicken teriyaki with soba noodles, and it was incredibly delicious. We also had the spicy chicken, which I enhanced with the teriyaki sauce available at the table—I enjoyed every single bite! Next time, I will definitely try the teriyaki chicken as well because it was full of flavor. The egg rolls were also quite tasty and came with a ginger dipping sauce. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m glad we decided to give it a shot!

Your own website says you close at 9pm daily, Google shows you open until 8pm on Sundays, and your own store has it posted open until 8pm on Sundays. Yet I 'm here at 7:15pm and you are closed with no one in sight. I just moved close by and was lookingto try it for the first time, what a disappointment this has been. EDIT: I can understand having technical issues, or staffingissues. But as a manager, I would also leave communication to my guests of needing to close early. Little gestures like that,take it from the company doesn 't put forth the thought of upsetting future guests, to showing; consideration, explanation, andan apology for consequently refusing their business.
