Horrible. Staff does not wear gloves and they use their bare hands to touch the food items and the inside of containers. They offered no apology or acknowledgement for how unclean the food prep was, but I did get a refund when I told them that there was no way we would eat their food. Vile.

I have been coming to this restaurant since it first opened. It was really good at first, but then there was a change in management and I felt like the quality dropped a bit. I decided to give it another try yesterday and I am glad I did. The manager, Eddie, and the staff seem to be doing a good job and the quality is now back to where it used to be. Excellent.

When they first opened, it was enjoyable. The food was delicious. However, today I ordered 3 Teriyaki bowls and they were awful. The chicken was dry and tasted like it had been cooked hours before and then just thrown into the bowl with Teriyaki sauce on top. I felt like I was cheated at this restaurant. I ordered the regular Teriyaki chicken dish and it only came with about 8 pieces of chicken. I mentioned this to the cashier, but she ignored me and walked away. I asked another customer how much chicken he got in his regular bowl and his was full. I was very upset. The owner, Eddie, explained that they have to follow company rules, but he didn't want me to leave hungry and upset.

Bowls have been good in the past, but lately portions are much smaller and this evening I had to remove two large pieces of plastic wrap from my mouth. I’ve attached a photo. I thought of calling the restaurant, but my husband who picked up the to-go order said it looked like a bunch of high school students who were eating Tijuana Flats at the cash register. Didn’t think they would be able to do much about it. We had stopped ordering from here due to the lesser quality several months ago and after trying it again tonight I am sorry to see things haven’t improved.

we had the huh teriyaki bogo that was very good and the amount of huh was great, but it needed more sweet! I could do less tears. I only wish that the bogo would let them buy two egg rolls instead of two drinks if they prefer it. the voucher could be formulated differently to say, must buy 2 drinks or 2 egg rolls. I don't need a drink. I've been drinking at home or I usually have only water. I don't need a drink. I haven't been to teriyaki madness since the pandemic. have they no covid restrictions for the workers? Surprisingly, from the 3 young work, one wore a mask that only covered his mouth the other 2 no masks at all! I don't think anyone of them wore gloves when they cooked our food. A... View menu
