"Just listen to how they answer the phone and interact with customers; it speaks volumes about their customer service. They were particularly reluctant to provide any extra teriyaki sauce, insisting on what they would "allow" me to have and even shortchanging me on that. This situation exemplifies poor customer service, and it reflects solely on the employees of the restaurant, including a manager who was exceptionally unhelpful. At one point, a staff member argued with me, claiming she was a delivery person, and the discussion turned into a debate over whether I could have a little extra sauce. Instead of simply adding a couple of small containers to my order, they opted to pass me from one rude person to another. I’m truly at a loss for words. This restaurant has officially lost my business; it's the worst kind of place to deal with. I have a record of each transaction and am seriously considering reaching out to a supervisor to address this issue. Once can be a mistake, but three times in a row is unacceptable and warrants serious attention."

Wouldve been more stars had I gotten what I actually ordered . They gave me crab Rangoon instead of potstickers. Crab rangoons are gross, but my bowl was good.

Simple menu so it's not overwhelming. Perfect for my ADHD brain. I didn't look for vegan or vegetarian options but if you are a carnivore you should find something.

I ordered the orange chicken bowl and it was absolutely fantastic! However, I found the fried rice that came with it to be a bit soggy. Despite that, the overall meal was delicious.

The driver accepted my order but then left town, causing a delay in my delivery time as they made their way back. After picking up my food, they again took it out of town, which further delayed my delivery. When my order finally arrived, it was missing an item.

I've had Teriyaki Madness before and always enjoyed it. After moving away from my usual location, I went without it for a while. Upon moving back to an area with a Teriyaki Madness, I was thrilled to place an order for spicy chicken with noodles and vegetables, some chicken potstickers, an egg roll, and a side of fried rice. I had forgotten just how generous the portions were—I'll easily have lunch for a couple of days! The spicy chicken was fantastic, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked. The fried rice tasted even better than I remembered, and the potstickers were excellent as always. My DoorDash delivery took just 25 minutes. Overall, it was a great way to kick off the weekend!
