Nice place to visit. Good food, both veg and non veg. However I miss the Thai basil fried rice. Which we like very much. They no longer serve.Food: 4/5

This is not Thai food; it was Chinese food with no flavor. Everything we ordered was tasteless. The food was disappointing. If you're looking for bland Chinese cuisine, this is the place for you. Food rating: 1/5.

The food here is delicious every time I order! Tonight I was craving hot and sour soup and have been trying to find a place with good hot and sour soup. There hot and sour is perfect! They were busy but accommodating. I picked up an order to go (no driver that night) and they called in advance to inform me it was ready, which I greatly appreciated. Didn't have to wait long once I arrived. I had to let one of the servers know what I ordered and they took care of me right away. Efficient and respectful customer service.

I called to see if they could rectify the situation, but I was told there was nothing they could do because "that’s what you ordered." The response felt dismissive and rather rude. I believe more clarification is needed regarding the spice level options. I really don't understand why a restaurant would eliminate such a key ingredient from a well-known dish.

My favorite Thai restaurant in my hometown! I visit almost every time I get together with my best friend for lunch or dinner, and I also order takeout frequently. The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the food is exceptional. As a vegan, I really appreciate the fantastic vegan options available. I called in a carry out, was told 35 minutes. I show up at minute 38 and was told they are still working on it. Almost an hour later I get my food. Please don't tell me 35 minutes if it's going to take longer. Stop apologizing when I arrive that it's not ready.The food is eh. It lacks flavor. I order Thai because the flavoring is more robust than Chinese, not here. It's very blah. The restaurant is not very pleasing to look at on the inside.

I absolutely love this place. Prices are right. I mainly go for the curries and that hot hot Thai spice. I've been several times, mostly take out, but have sat down here also. Service was excellent and they even did a little something for my birthday. I'm not a food snob, meaning that I enjoy food that was prepared well and tastes good, so if you're one of those people where you're from so and so and you're Thai place was the best ever, don't rag on this place because it didn't hold up to your ridiculous standards. I’ve been going to Thai garden for over 8 years, the restaurant has good food but the service has gone downhill! I know they took a hit during covid and they are running lean on staff but the quality of service is not the same.What baffles me the most is their inability to hire delivery drivers, not even on weekends. Instead they either demand you go through door dash and pay extra delivery fees or pick up the food which defeats the purpose of a delivery order. They have actually forced many people to start using Golden Wok (excellent teriyaki steak) over something as simple as a delivery driver.It’s a shame to watch them lose business like this!
