"Thai Select Restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas is a solid choice for Thai food if you're in the DFW Metroplex! My family has been coming here for years. We love their Pad Thai and the different curries, and my boys like their fried rice. We usually order take out and they're fairly quick with the order, and when we do eat in, it tends to feel a little cramped. But overall, great experience at Thai Select and will continue to come back! Food: You really can't go wrong with their different Thai curries Panang Curry, Green Curry, Red Curry, Yellow Curry, and Massaman Curry are some of the ones we order frequently. We also order their Pad Thai. Everything comes in a spice level 1 5; my recommendation is to go right down the middle at 3. Kids love the fried rice. We also love their thai tea! Service: We usually order to go and they are fairly quick in the fulfillment of the order. It usually takes us just the drive down from our place for the food to be ready about 15 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere: We enjoy eating here at Thai Select. The place does feel a bit crowded, especially when the tables are full and there are people picking up orders and standing around."

Small space. Friendly staff. Food is not spicy even after selecting highest level but tastes good

First time visiting, had the drunken noodles I think the best I've ever had. Great service and prices.

They raised their prices and food quality got worse. Been going here for years. We are going to be looking for Thai food elsewhere. Bummer. View menu

Very quick service for lunch, excellent food and good sized portions. Try their Thai iced tea as well. I had the green curry and spring roll. Yum.

Quaint corner Thai place with good food. My friend and I enjoyed their Panang curry and pad thai. We asked for additional red powder, which gave the dishes the additional kick they needed.

We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was good and the presentation was lovely. The spice level goes from 1-5. We all went with 3 and personally I should have gone higher. View menu

My first time visiting and I was very impressed. The service was awesome. As soon as I was seated someone took my drink order and brought drinks right away. I ordered the lunch special, Pad Thai. The spring roll was great, I loved the cilantro in it. It gave it a little bit of extra flavor. The Pad Thai was easily one of the best I've had. The chicken was super tender and tasted great. Great atmosphere, food, and service. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in some good Thai food.

It's a quaint clean place . Very friendly and great service when I was there. This place was recommended by a friend . So when I ordered, I ordered from the lunch menu, but I couldn't remember what my friend recommended, so I asked the server for spicy noodles with shrimp at level 3 of heat. They were spicy and good but had about 4 or 5 shrimp which was disappointing. I probably will try something else next time. The lunch special comes with a spring roll or egg roll which I picked and a salad.

"On my first visit, I tried the Southern Shrimp and Grits, which were simply amazing—stone-ground cheese grits topped with sautéed shrimp, enhanced by a flavorful mix of peppers and bacon. Chef Jeff and his team use fresh sirloin in their chili, and it’s absolutely delicious! The portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. The food is exceptional, and the concept behind it is truly inspiring. I now volunteer here regularly. Chef Jeff and his wife, Julie, have a mission: "Our mission is to feed, educate, and serve our community so that they may 'taste and see that the Lord is good'” (Psalm 34:8). Customers can choose to: 1) pay what they can afford, 2) pay the standard price for a similar restaurant, or 3) pay a little extra to help those who are less fortunate. This creates a beautiful and fulfilling experience. They are open for lunch from 11 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. If you’re pressed for time, I recommend making a reservation and letting the hostess know. Diners are seated using a "paced method" to ensure the volunteer staff isn’t overwhelmed, but any wait is certainly worth it! Be sure to try the pour-over coffee or refreshing lemonade, and sample small plates like bruschetta or farro salad, as well as main dishes such as the apple bacon sandwich, crispy potatoes, burgers, shrimp and grits, and chili. And don’t overlook the dessert—it’s indulgent! I can’t express enough how much I adore this place!"
