"For appetizers, we enjoyed the Crab Balls, which were perfectly cooked and not overly seasoned. My husband loved them so much that he unknowingly ate more than he thought. I ordered the Pineapple-A-Colada, served in a frozen pineapple shell, which was a refreshing and tasty drink. My only small critique was that I would have preferred it to be less creamy. However, it was still a delightful summer beverage. My husband opted for the Bacon Jam Burger with house-made Bourbon bacon jam, smoked gouda, and spinach, and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the combination turned out to be. The truffle Mac N Cheese served as a side was the perfect accompaniment to his meal. I chose the Flounder Tacos with minimal salt, and Becky ensured the fish was cooked perfectly despite the reduced seasoning. The portion was generous, and I was sufficiently filled from just one taco due to the flavorful pineapple drink. The chips and salsa that accompanied the tacos were presented in whole pieces and tasted fresh. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with charming decorations and attentive employees ensuring cleanliness. Even though some menu items were unavailable, our dining experience was wonderful. We are excited to return soon to try Felix's Famous Steam Pot. Overall, we give Felix Cafe a perfect 5 out of 5 rating based on our exceptional experience."

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and couldn't have been more delighted! We were greeted by a friendly Maccaw named Valentino who made our visit extra special. The food and service were excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. I would definitely return in a heartbeat!

An hour and a half and cold food, wrong food, and plain missing food. Terrible experience all around for all 11 people. Cheese on the lactose intolerant order, absolutely cold po-boy and sweet fries. Waitress never came back to the table after we ordered, no drink refills, no checking on the table. Sure explains the empty tables around us. Maybe 2 people seemed to be working. Love this place! We’ve been here half a dozen times and at least half have been exceptional in terms of food and friendly service. Today, I had a club sandwich that was the best I’ve tasted in 30 years. Lean ham, good roast turkey, perfectly crisped bacon, and a terrific white bread. I finished it all and can (certainly should! never eat again. My husband’s unusual Felix Fries (I tasted a few were spectacular, and he enjoyed his shrimp.

I have dined at this restaurant on multiple occasions. The food is decent but nothing has stood out as exceptional. The service can be inconsistent at times, possibly due to understaffing. The restaurant's operating hours and days of operation seem to fluctuate more frequently than others. Overall, there is nothing inherently wrong with Felix, but in a competitive market with many talented chefs and experienced management, it doesn't particularly stand out.

Hands down one of the coolest restaurants I've been to in awhile. Makes you feel like you just walked into Jimmy Buffet's house, friendly staff great service (Grace was our server) and the food was spectacular. If you like a Monte Cristo sandwich you HAVE to get theirs it is THE BEST I have ever had and the Monte Cristo is my all time favorite I have never had one this HUGE and perfect! Grouper bites where fabulous my sons cheeseburger was ginormous and my husband had one of the biggest flounder Po'boys. You gotta try Felix Cafe. View menu

I've been here twice now, and it's been just a wonderful experience each time. The first time I had a shrimp po boy, this time I had shrimp and grits. Both times my food was fantastic.The decor is kind of eclectic maritime and is very relaxed/casual. There's a beautifully maintained aquarium in the main dining area too, which I love.The service is friendly and efficient, and my friends and I were made to feel very welcome for our lunch outing today. We will absolutely be back.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options that looked very good, though I didn't order them.

With a quick Google search, I found Felix Cafe. The menu and the pics looked good so we went tontey it for an early dinner. I got the Soup of the Day, which was Mushroom Brie, and it was very tasty. I have never seen such a fancy bowl! Other items ordered were the shrimp and grits, choose 2 fish and shrimp basket, quesadillo and Mac and Cheese make your own. The food all had a great presentation. The chicken in the Mac and cheese wasn't the spicy grilled, and the shrimp was cooked too done and was a little tough.
