"I'll be honest, the food is not worth the price. But customer service is OUTSTANDING! Ejoe took care of me so much when I was waiting for my party and table to be ready. His hosting skills set the perfect sound for my experience there. Music, ambience and decor is ideal for a great chill night. Go for drinks and the atmosphere and enjoy!!"

Nice spot for an after work meet up with your girls. Food, ambiance, and service was great. The Dj was awesome. I will be back

Great drinks. Food wasn't good. Best part was the $10 chicken baskets during happy hour. The restaurant was very small. Entrees overpriced.

I enjoyed my time here. Mercedes was our waiter and she was bomb! Her service was impeccable and she was very down to earth. The vibes are super chill and the food and drinks are so good!

The drinks were great, the food was good, but a little too expensive. Server forgot us, but she was really nice. We added one side of Mac and cheese and it didn't come up halfway through our ducks. Very strange.

Went for a meal after work. Wasn’t crowded. The server was great. She didn’t charge me for my friends virgin drinks. Food was scrumptious. The salmon was cooked just right. If you’re a mac and cheese fan I recommend the lobster mac and cheese. The rum punch out hit the spot. View menu

Did not have our reservation. Would not seat our party until everyone was there although the restaurant was empty. Did not serve coffee ! at brunch. still not over that Took 50 minutes for our orders of omelettes, french toast and pancakes with only two other parties in the restaurant.

Loved dining at the Gold Room BK! Food was delicious, wasn't too packed either. The hostess took our temperature and social distance was enforced for indoor dining. The credit card machine was down so we had to run to an ATM but it was worth it for this experience. Lastly, the music and live Dj was EVERYTHING. Can't wait to go back.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
