The bouncer was extremely disrespectful. He falsely accused my friend of giving him the finger as we entered and ordered drinks. I've never experienced anything like it; the guy seemed completely out of touch with reality. View menu

Great drinks and a wonderful atmosphere! My wife and I often visit just to enjoy a drink and relax on the deck. The bar is well-stocked, and they frequently have new draft beers. It's an excellent spot to kick off the night or simply unwind while playing some bar games.

After just a few visits, the Taproom has quickly become my favorite bar. The bartenders are friendly, efficient, and attentive. Every week, they remember my name and my usual order. Brian, in particular, is one of the funniest and most attentive people I've ever encountered. He makes each visit enjoyable and keeps me coming back for more. View menu

I was really disappointed when I arrived at Grey's and found that the bartender wasn't who I was expecting on a Sunday. Brian is usually the one we see, and he's always kind, attentive, and on top of everything. It was such a letdown to walk in and discover that he’s no longer working Sunday nights. We usually prefer to go on weekends specifically because we know Brian will be there. While Madelyn was great too, it’s still a big bummer to learn that our favorite bartender won't be working Sundays anymore. I hope the owners recognize what a valuable asset they have in Brian, but it’s sad to know he’s not available on Sundays anymore.

Having worked in the service industry my entire adult life, I found the service I received to be unacceptable. The bartender appeared more interested in continuing his conversation than in serving customers, and it felt like I was a burden for asking for a beer—one that I ultimately decided not to order a second of. I was extremely disappointed, and I won't be returning for a second chance. I understand that bartenders can become overwhelmed during busy times, but that was not the case here. I wish the owners of this establishment the best of luck in recouping their investment, but they won’t be getting any help from me. It's a nice place with dreadful service!

Just three minutes after we arrived, the bouncer unexpectedly lunged at one of my colleagues, accusing him of flicking him off from behind the counter. We were all taken aback, thinking he was out of line since we had just walked in. We work in customer service, and his behavior was quite embarrassing to witness. What actually occurred was that my colleague, who is new to the area and had never been to this place before, attempted to open a side door. The security guard rudely instructed him to go around.
