"First timer. Got the Shoppe Combo with Jambalaya, Red Beans, Potato Salad, and Corn. The gumbo was decent but the portion was tiny compared to the Jambalaya, which is not obvious from the menu. The Jambalaya was pretty bland, basically tasted like rice cooked with chicken and sausage, with no additional seasoning to speak of. The chicken in the Jambalaya was on the dry side. The red beans were not bad, particularly with a bit of sausage and rice from the Jambalaya. The corn was okay and mixed well into the Jambalaya. The potato salad was quite disappointing with no hint of flavor/seasoning. Bland bland bland. At least throw in a packet of Tony's on the side if you're not gonna season it.Hey, it's better than Taco Bell or McDonald's. But probably not coming back anytime soon, definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to try it as their first taste of Cajun food."

Never been to a drive thru jambalaya place. It was far better than expected.

Delicious gumbo, large portion, reasonably priced. Excellent service. I enjoyed my experience.

Drinks were fine. No plates or forks for their food. Outside area was littered with cigarette butts. View menu

The seafood gumbo is outstanding and a must-try! Owner Shelly provides excellent service, and the restaurant is well-maintained and clean, with a friendly staff. Hosting my baby shower here was a great success!

I ordered the Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya for 25 people, and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend them for catering large gatherings. They even provide large plastic serving spoons for serving the food.

Can't recommend, especially in Lafayette, where there are so many other jambalaya options. $9 for 20¢ worth of bland rice and three little strips of also bland chicken and not the tiniest corner of a sausage to be found. Never again. View menu

Everything is outstanding! However, the potato salad could use a bit more flavor; it's a little bland and overly sweet, lacking any type of seasoning. Other than that, everything else is fantastic! I’d recommend they turn the corn into esquites.

I just left Jambalaya Shoppe the girl working the drive-thru window (Kaitlyn) is unprofessional, rude lacks any sort of customer service skills. Not only did she get my order wrong, but she charged me two different prices for the Feeds Two (I ordered two of them) then proceeds to tell me that I ordered incorrectly that she couldn’t give me a refund. When she finally does give me a refund, she throws my receipt on the counter says this is for the refund. When I asked another worker for her name so that I could have it when I spoke with a manager, she told them they weren’t allowed to give that info out (Even though it’s already on my return receipt which I didn’t realize until later). The worker...
