Was my girls bday and they didn’t disappoint. We had blue crabs, fried chicken, snow crabs, fried fish, shrimp, lobster balls, fried rice, yum yum sauce, some good southern sweet tea and the best customer service

The best get your hand dirty seafood place in the area for me. The vibe is fantastic and relaxing for dinning in. The people are always so friendly and make you feel like a great friend of them. Not crowded at all for the past 3 or 4 times I went there so far. It’s just great for a 2 people date, 3-4 people chitchat, or a larger group outings. Definitely recommend! For to go order, it’s also pretty good from my experience for 2-3 times.

I love this place! I’ve been a returning customer since it opened 2018! I’m proud of the people running this place, it is the best seafood spot in all of norcross! I always get the fried shrimp, its to die for! They have this really amazing light brown wooden decor inside, and they provide markers for everyone to write on the wall with. Super original! I love this place. I frequently eat here snd we had a family birthday dinner here recently. Anthony provided excellent service to our large group. Everything I've gotten has been really flavorful and fresh. I usually get a crab and shrimp boil. Most crab boil seasonings at other places l are too salty for me so I stick to the garlic butter mild sauce and it's perfect! The flounder and shrimp are delicious as well. And the frozen lemonade is delicious and refreshing!

I gave this place a 1 star because my family and I was there last night and that was not the same chef food I experienced 2 weeks ago. This chef did not understand the assignment the cuisine says Cajun not Italian this chef used so much Italian seasonings with tomato sauce it was not good at all. We spend over $60 at this restaurant last night and each time we are there we tip as well . So I will not be back I can not rap my head around what I was served pasta sauce with seafood

I usually opt for a seafood boil, but this time I tried the catfish, chicken tenders, fries, and coleslaw—an entire meal deal for just $13! And let me tell you, the fries are absolutely incredible! They are simply delicious. The staff is really friendly, combining professionalism with a relaxed atmosphere. My dad felt comfortable enough to joke with them without having to worry about what he said. The decor is incredibly creative and memorable; you can even write on the walls and any wooden booth, which I thought was a really fun idea! We always bring friends and family here when they crave a seafood boil, and we've never been disappointed! We definitely prefer this place over the Juicy Crab because the service is consistently better. Even on Friday or Saturday nights, it's never crowded, and we never have to wait for a table. We usually order the Juicy Crawfish Boil combo for two, which is definitely enough for more than two people, making it a great value. It includes Snow Crab Legs, Shrimp, Crawfish, Clams, Mussels, Corn, and Potatoes (1 lb each), and it comfortably feeds all four of us, so I think the value and quality is fantastic. During our long wait, the server did not communicate any explanations for the delay, and we didn’t receive any drink refills either. We ended up needing to take our food to go since we had to return to work. I decided to try the fries while I was there, but they were disappointing—some were soggy, and the batter was uncrispy. For comparison, checker fries usually come out much crisper and fresher. The fish was also bland, lacking seasoning and unfortunately not well-fried. The chicken tender I tried was extremely dry. It really was, for me, one of a kind, just not what I expected in a pleasant way. I do have a liking for Whiting, so this being my first visit it was easy to home in on a choice to eat. I think next time I will opt for one of the seafood combos. The slight let down for me in a seafood place was the french fries sadly they 're oh so American and reminiscent of all the low end fast food places. I would have loved real potatos chipped and fried. The huge menu was a challenge for a first timer, but it just means there is plenty more for me to go at when I return.
