"The food is delicious and the service is fast and great. But I must admit I wanted to try the fried Ice cream for my birthday but the waitress never did bring it so we left. I wanted to try it because we were celebrating my birthday with part of our family.. Maybe next time.. I can still say I will go back because this food has been good each time we have been there.."

"This place was exactly what we were looking for. It had a relaxed and casual atmosphere, complete with a lovely river view and delicious food and drinks. There was even live music playing when we arrived. I ordered the chicken Philly, and it was fantastic—very tender chicken. My husband enjoyed his sausage as well. The staff member who took our order was very friendly, and our food arrived quickly. We dined here late on a Sunday, and while there were a few people around, it wasn't too crowded. Many guests seemed to just be enjoying the view and their drinks."

"the WORST SERVICE I have received in a long time. Came in with my 7 grandkids and 9 adults, all of whom bought a $4.50 dish of ice cream, only to be rudely ordered to quickly order and move on. There was no one else in the shop and half the intended fun of visiting this outrageously expensive shop was selecting from the multitude of flavors. What a sad disappointment."

"We had an early dinner here tonight. First the service was not good at all. Our appetizer that we ordered sausage nachos was ok. My husband and son ordered fettuccine alfredo that I can honestly say was the worse we have ever had. The pepperoni pizza was ok too, not the best and not the worse. I can say that I can recommend this restaurant to anyone. When La Strada was in Charlotte NC years ago it was very good."

"However, while we waited, I went to the bar to grab a glass of wine. I stood there for 15 minutes in silence when an older bartender with a pixie cut started chatting away with a couple next to me. Despite not saying anything, she abruptly looked over at me and, in a rude tone, said, “You’re going to have to wait, I’m busy, it’s going to take me a while.” I found her reaction completely unwarranted. Feeling uncomfortable, I decided to walk away. I didn't want to pay for the service of someone who seemed entitled and more focused on socializing than on their job. Interestingly, right after I left, she promptly served my uncle and male cousin. It made me wonder if she assumed I wasn’t over 21 or if it was simply because I'm a woman. I believe that bartenders should practice better manners or at least have basic customer service skills. A simple acknowledgment like, “I’ll be with you in a moment” or “Sorry, I’m a bit busy right now,” would have sufficed."
