Great tacos place in Mecca ca. I got the “nopal tacos” in the picture and it was great

Ordered 3 tacos. 2 were incorrect. Aqua fresca pina tastes like a syrup. Check your order, folks.

I received the worst treatment at this restaurant. It felt like they were giving me the food for free. The owner should consider firing those kinds of people.

On a small road trip from Palm Desert we visited Bombay Beach and looked for a place to eat on the way back. We came across Taco Time Taqueria in Mecca and dropped in. A small authentic Mexican restaurant. Food was good and staff was friendly. Thanks for the great service.

Friday night dinner Sope de carne asada Must have Bistec Ranchero. Very good Saturday breakfast Nopal taco w asada. MUST HAVE Chorizo burrito. Delicious Carne asada burrito. Great flavor!! Terrible service... the owner Daniela took my order and told me that in 14 minutes... I arrived after half an hour and my order was not ready and she herself asked who had taken my order... I told her you and she refused I said that I was in a hurry that I had to go to work and she answered me very rudely Well, if you're hungry, wait.. rude.. I don't recommend this place..

We stopped at this restaurant on our way back from visiting the sand dunes. It's a classic example of not judging a book by its cover. Despite the negative reviews about the service, we found the cashier to be incredibly friendly and kind. The tacos were delicious, especially with the flavorful red salsa. It's definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. While the tacos and drinks were a bit pricey, the quality of the food made it worth it.

If you’re planning to get the basic tacos, I would recommend going for “Tacos Hecha a Mano”, it will make a huge difference on portion size and quality compared to the regular tacos.
