"Would be -5* if it allowed me. In town two day to work a weekend event. Venue is nextdoor to hotel and shares parking lot with Tims. Lobby hours stated to open on door at 6am both days. On our stop in for breakfast at 7³? Saturday, and 7¹? Sunday, neither time was the lobby actually open. Saturday we were lucky enough that there was also an visiting employee locked out of the store waiting to be let in, who offered to let us in and make our food as the drive through staff 'didnt care ' (her words). Today upon arriving, the same two employees inside busting out the drive through, stare at me through the locked door for ten minutes as I knock, confirm the time, and raise my hands like are we open, what 's going on? They point to eachother and laugh. After ten minutes I take my place in the only line that exists, wait as the 4 cars ahead are taken care of, and get to the window to try placing am order to be told they wont serve me but if I wait until there are no cars in line (again) they will open the door. At this pont I 've already spent 20 minutes trying to just place an order and the line is only backing up further. I 've run out of time to get breakfast, and have crew call in 5. Thanks for the non-service, if I could rate more negative I would. I can understand being shortstaffed; but would suggest updating your posted hours to reflect what you can actually attain. What is unacceptable however is being mocked by the staff for just wanting to be a customer, and have some breakfast. Wasting ten minutes I didn 't have at a locked door as staff try to hide, to then wait again patiently in the drive through, to he told to wait again at the door and refused service is just baffling. Im aware of the labor shortage, but going to state that if the scheduled staff can 't show up and those that do dont feel like working; then the resturant should be shut down. I love Tims, but this has got to he one of the worst experiences I have ever had at one of their locations. I w"

This is a treat once every 2 weeks. We love the blueberry Tim Bits and the snack wraps.

The doughnuts were stale and not very good. I was told this place would be better than Dunkin', but that wasn't the case.

Breakfast sandwiches 2/$5 are great! Add tidbits and coffee and we're ready for the road trip!!! Thanks for the very prompt and friendly service too.

I once visited a Tim Horton 's in Winnipeg and thought the donuts and Timbits were amazing. When I had them here in the States for the first time a few years ago, they didn 't taste, at all, the same. Went this morning and, yeah, nothing 's changed... Decent, but not knock your socks off quality. View menu

I just went through the drive-thru and placed an order during a time-sensitive trip. Once we were on the highway, I opened the bag only to find that my order was incorrect, and I can't eat what was given to me. Unfortunately, I can't turn back now. It wouldn't be as frustrating as it is if the server hadn't wasted our time discussing a survey we were asked to fill out. You can bet I'm definitely going to fill out that survey.

The absolute worst coffee I've ever had in my life. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the drive thru speaker lady was nice, the 2nd person who we gave our money to didn't know whose coffee was who's, so we had to guess, and neither of them was distinguishable between the other. They were both overly nasty, overly bitter, and didn't taste of coffee at all. Just a bitter, icy, grossness and the line was way too long to circle back

This location is ALWAYS out of a majority of their donuts no matter how early I come. Last time I came I placed an order for 6 donuts, i told them the kind i wanted and everything was cool. Once i got up to the window to pay they tell me they're out, what would i like to switch it with? (I would have preferred to have been told sooner to be able to look at the menu to see what other kinds they had) I ended up paying for 6 and only getting 5.. of donuts that i didnt even want. Skip this location if you're looking for donuts!! View menu

I used to love the mornings I got Tim Hortons , the staff was always so prompt and friendly . It always made for a great day . But the last two times with the new staff have been miserable . The new staff is horrible and rude . They don’t listen to orders and forget half of what they do allow you to order . Sebastian especially , extremely rude and actually made me feel guilty for wanting breakfast let alone the food I actually ordered . Won’t be going to this location any longer . Twice now I’ve paid for food i never received . Only got two stars because I feel bad the current staff is reflecting on the previous awesome staff . :update: just got home with the food to dicover they served me...

I used to really enjoy my mornings at Tim Hortons, as the staff was always prompt and friendly, which set a positive tone for my day. However, my last two visits with the new staff have been disappointing. The new team is not only unhelpful but also quite rude. They fail to listen to orders and often forget items I try to order. Specifically, Sebastian was especially disrespectful and made me feel guilty for even wanting breakfast, let alone what I had ordered. I won’t be returning to this location again. On two occasions, I paid for food that I never received. I’m giving it two stars only because I feel sorry for the current staff, who are tarnishing the reputation of the previously excelle...

"My wife and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here. My first reservation was for 7pm and I called earlier, the day of and requested an earlier time if 5:45. The obliged, to which I was very grateful for as this really made our night. Our server,Lauren, was sharp, knowledgeable, professional, and all around on point. Very informative with great recommendations. Housecocktails, my wife ordered James and the Giant Peach and I ordered the Golden Child, great movie btw. The golden child is nowmy favorite cocktail. I will learn this recipe For starters we ordered the blacken scallops. Best scallop dish I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, paired superbly with the bleu cheese crumbles and sweet and sour sauce. We also wanted to try the gouda andcrab dip, since it was a local favorite. It did not meat expectations but was a solid 7. For Entree, my wife ordered twinlobster tails, cooked perfectly. I ordered the prime rec, seemed to be a seasonal chef rec. Med rare, cooked perfectly with ahorseradish sauce on the side. FANTASTIC. Dessert we ordered the flaming donuts. Lauren, once again was superb, as she was theentire night. Dealing with what appeared to be a men's club type 10 top, us and another table or two, flambe'd those donutsperfectly, describing the process as she went. We also ordered the brownie, the ape butter spice cake and the apple caramelcheesecake all to go, for the inlaws, for watching or 3 year old. All deserts, were a hit. For me it was the golden child andthe blackened scallops, I will find out the recipes on these items for sure. FANTASTIC PLACE. will be back."
