"Have had several bad experiences with this location in the last year. Last time, I finally asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do it and I had to go to the corporate website. No one ever contacted me. Food badly prepared and smashed into the bag like they were stuffing a sausage. Employees rude and bad at their jobs in general. Coffees weren't labelled so we had no idea who's was who's.Just all around the worst experiences possible and I'm not going to let them treat me or my family like we're beneath them and we're being a bother when we just had reasonable expectations for Tim Hortons: mid quality food and coffee prepared with even halfhearted attempts at something that isn't a thrown together mess. But they can't do that and they wouldn't talk to me let alone refund me.You're better off going to McDonald's who just this morning gave me a free hash brown for my long wait and I hadn't even complained or said anything, they just did it! Customer service, what a CONCEPT! Matter of fact let me rephrase the beginning of this paragraph: you're better off staying home, burning $20, and licking a 9v battery. At least you'll feel like you're a human being once it's over and not like a slug being forced to crawl across a razor blade's edge."

The food is good, though a bit pricey. Overall, it's a decent restaurant.

This place has an incredibly friendly atmosphere! We enjoyed a delicious BLT and a variety of Timbits. The food was fresh and flavorful. Cat was our server, and she took great care of us. We’ll definitely return to BG. Thank you!

Very polite and helpful employees just took them a minute to notice us. Fast service. Atmosphere I can see they're still working on it but it's getting there. Doughnuts are amazing! Remind me of the good old days. The eggs on the breakfast sandwiches were a little bland.

Thank goodness they don't have these where I live! Those little doughnut holes called Timbits should really be classified as a controlled substance. They're just that good. Buy twice as many as you initially plan to, and you won't regret it. Just be prepared for a sugar rush!

The restaurant has a policy of refusing to assist customers with app orders, even when items are out of stock, which seems to happen frequently at this location. Elizabeth claimed to be the store manager, but she was quite rude to customers, and I wouldn't want her representing my business. When I received my coffee, it was filled with grounds and tasted terrible. Additionally, as soon as I got my food, the service window was abruptly shut. View menu

I love coffee in the morning and have been to many Tim Hortons locations! But this one in Bowling Green was just awful. I ordered French Cappuccino and tasted no flavor. It was also lukewarm. I couldn't even finish it. Not a fun way to start the day lol.Update: Thanks but I don't need to call about my trip lol. Just try to make the coffee more flavorful and hot. I love Tims but that's the first time I ever had really bad coffee from a location. ?

This is by far the worst Tim Horton's I've ever visited, and it has the worst drive-thru in Bowling Green. I highly recommend avoiding this location. You can find a coffee, donut, or breakfast sandwich anywhere else in town, and none of them are worth the poor treatment you'll receive here. The employees are not only slow but also rude, and if you dare to complain or request basic customer service, expect even worse treatment. They'll make you feel foolish for asking about an item that’s out of stock, as if you should have known better. Management seems unable or unwilling to address the issues. Steer clear of ordering through the app or website—your order will get pushed to the back of t...

"Do not go if it is busy. We have gone before and it was not bad but there was no excuse for tonight. My wife wanted to eat here for our anniversary, celebrating 5 years. Honestly after what we were served I would have rather eaten at Wendy’s. I havedined at many steak houses across the country. The steak I was served tonight I would not have given to my dog. I ordered thesteak medium, reasonable for a steak house because they normally undercook they steaks a bit. It was charred but cold and fleshyin the middle. I took two small bites and couldn’t do it, the steak was rare, honestly more than rare in the center. Iinformed the waiter it wasn’t right and he told me it would be taken back and corrected. After 10 minutes I was brought whatyou see in the picture I posted, the same steak just burnt. Yes it was closer to medium but by this time the outside was notcharred but burned. I tried my best to suffer through it but the taste of the burnt outer portion left a god awful taste in mymouth for the next hour. It was clear to me that nothing was going to be done after displaying my disgust so I payed and weleft. They steak you see in the picture cost me almost $60 alone. I have never been to another restaurant where the bill wasmore than $180 for two people and have been more disappointed. Honestly in bowling green go to Rafferty’s and get bettersteaks for a quarter of the price."
