"Walked to this store from Defiance College and was pleasantly surprised. The store was warm and inviting and I was promptly greeted by friendly staff members. I ordered a large hot chocolate a krueler donut and s double chocolate cake donut. The donuts were very fresh (noonish) and the chocolate was great. The friendly staff provided me with a little milk in a cup to cool down the streaming hot chocolate kindly made me a glass of ice water... Keep up the awesome work! Tim Horton's of Defiance, OH"

After my physical therapy sessions three times a week, my daughter and occasionally my father and I like to stop by Tim Hortons for a bite to eat. The staff is always friendly and greets us with a smile. This has truly become our favorite place!

things have got better at tim horton now they have nice people Arnold is a super nice person and makes sure your happy with your order! They have a few younger girls that smiles and are nice too!Quit going there in the past because the staff they had were rude and acted like you were bothering them.IM glad I went back now!
