"dreadful customer service . they always have settings. drive her thru lady today screamed me and was cussing. 2 weeks ago I went in and the girl cooking was bite things and said how much she hated her job and that she will then and out there go. there were children in there, and she was worried. this place is super unprofessional, and it makes me sad because I loved tim hortons and it is the only tim hortons in my opposite. this situation should be switched off above all, as they are freezing every morning, especially hathbrowns, if they are just too lazy to cook it. I even tried to call a company, and all they did was hanged before I could get someone. even if they order food, it is frozen, they do not waste their money on this place."

Went inside to order and was ignored. Never greeted, no one said they would be with me in a minute. Nothing. Stood there for a few minutes. There were 4 employees who saw me, but not one word from any of them

Meh not a great experience. Drive Thru person was very short and wasn't listening or something when I was ordering. Had to correct her multiple times and then they still got the order wrong at the pick up window. Got attitude when I said a few sides were missing.

The service at this restaurant was friendly and fast. I ordered a burger, milkshakes, and donuts. While the food was well presented, unfortunately it didn't taste good. The milkshakes were overly sweet and the chocolate had a strange Baileys-like flavor. This place might be enjoyable for some people, but I personally didn't enjoy it. View menu

During my second visit, the restaurant was fairly empty with only a few staff members present, yet most of the tables were dirty. This was a disappointing experience and could have been much better. I am concerned that the manager's choices may lead to a decline in the quality of the restaurant. The only redeeming factor was the delicious taste of the food, despite the small portions. I hope they work harder to improve the overall experience for their customers.

I ordered a pumpkin iced coffee three times and each time it came out white. I mentioned to the staff that it didn't seem like there was any coffee in it and asked for a double-double instead. When I got to the window to pay, they tried to charge me for another coffee even though I had already paid for three. I showed them the drink three times and it clearly looked like a double-double, but they insisted I pay for the new one. I was frustrated and almost threw the drink in their face, but I kept my cool and simply wished them a nice day before driving away. I've attached a photo so everyone can see how much coffee was actually in the cup.
