"When the waitress returned, we placed our breakfast orders. We all got $3.00 cups of hot coffee, which were fine. However, 40 minutes later, another waitress came over to apologize for the wait and asked if we wanted more coffee. We said yes, but it took her another 5 minutes to bring the coffee, and just as she poured it, our food finally arrived. One order of French toast was correct, but another was completely wrong—I was missing my toast! Our waitress came over, and we told her about the mistake. She took back the incorrect order and promised to get my toast. After 15 minutes, she returned with the correct French toast, but still no toast for me. She assured me she would get it. Another 10 minutes later, a different waitress checked on us, and I mentioned that I still hadn’t received my toast. Five minutes after that, she finally asked if I’d like the toast. We had to wait a long time for our bill as well. By the time we left, it was after 2 o'clock, and most of our time there was spent waiting. Paying $60 for breakfast for three people felt absolutely outrageous!"

"During my visit to the Pontiac area, I decided to stop at Perry Street Grill for a quick meal. As I perused the menu, the images of the dishes caught my eye, but it was the loaded pommes that truly intrigued me. I ordered them and was delighted to find that they not only looked appetizing but smelled amazing as well. These loaded pommes were the best I've ever tasted and I highly recommend trying them. The service at the restaurant was also excellent. I wish I had taken a picture to share with you all, but I was too busy enjoying them to remember to do so."

"Very disappointed with the priceWhile looking at the menu, I already thought the food was overpriced. Then when I received the receipt I learned that they charged even more than the listed price. That just isn't goid customer service.You can get coupons online for deals.This is owned by locals and I want to support them. The food is good, I ordered the number one Ruben with coleslaw and Russian dressing. I was surprised how small the sandwich was for the price. The sandwich did have a good amount of meat on it and it did fill me up but about four bites per half sandwich. There is a dine in area that seems inviting or take out is popular here. There is a special, were you can get your picture on the wall if you finish the mighty size meal."

"UPDATE: I never heard back from the manager or anyone at all. Since I have to work whenever I'm available, I wasn't able to physically drive back there that week. But why wasn't there a note left for the manager about what happened to follow up on this when they got in? This place was really great when it first opened. Speaking from experience as an F&B Hospitality Consultant, I know for a fact that the little issues often ripple out, making bigger problems, which in turn often lead to that restaurant not succeeding. I did really enjoy this in the past.Original post: Why isn't there at least an assistant manager on duty who can take care of problems when they arise? I ordered one thing and it was wrong. Twice ?. The second one I didn't notice until I was all the way back home. I ordered online through the Google Maps app, tapped on Lefty's, and then hit the order online button. I followed the prompts, made sure NOT TO ADD ANY ONIONS, then added a side of curly fries, paid online with a credit card, and went to pick it up. The price was different than what I had on my screen, and I didn't think it was mine because of that. It turned out to be mine, though. I left, got a little bit down the road, and found no fries, only mozzarella sticks (they make me sick). I turned around, got my fries after a minute, and went home. Only to find mass amounts of onions mixed into the cheese and meat. I tried to dig them out and gave up. I don't know about you, but once you've dug your fingers all through something like this, it's a nope for me. I'm not into finger food that's cold because you had to dig your fingers through it in order to make it correctly. Now, I have to spend more of my time and resources to drive up there and hopefully get this fixed? That's if I have time. Let us hope that the employee I spoke with leaves a note for the manager. Idk what happened in the past so many months, but it's not what it was when it opened."
